We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. Wendell & Patrick’s home is just stunning. Wendell looked after us and was the consummate host. We had a beautiful breakfast in the garden every morning. If staying in Merida, you must stay at the Villa.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

We received a lovely warm welcome on arrival at Villa Tievoli in a beautiful cool lounge. Patrick and Wendel were so friendly - genuinely interested to hear where we were from and about our travels so far. They gave us some great suggestions of places to see and where to eat, and which tour operators to try. The room was so pretty and the bed was comfy. Our favourite part was the lovely mosaic-decorated pool area - absolute bliss after a hot day walking around the town. Breakfast was fabulous - delicious and different every day with such attentive service. We were honestly sad to leave Tievoli, we loved it so much.
There was nothing we didn’t like - we just wish we could have stayed longer!

The location was perfect. The b&b is located on a quiet street very close by to the heart of Merida. The building was recently restored and has much more modern plumbing than many other buildings in town. The hosts were both gracious and welcoming, and we felt completely at home during our stay.

NOT the same owner (like on the web pages)! Web pages MUST be updated. New one are not experienced. Breakfast was TERRIBLE! They are NOT well informed. They where giving us wrong information.
