Staff were friendly and accommodating (when I had trouble with my window a staff member was there just minutes later); free bicycle service is a great perk - I really appreciated this; location is quite central...
Big step down from the bathroom, be careful; No kettle in the room; maybe could be a bit more eco-friendly in relation to separating trash and changing of bed linen etc...
