Enterprise called me shortly after my initial reservation and said they had no cars available for my selected time, but they would have a vehicle for me later in the day. Thirty minutes before my new pick up time, that enterprise set, they called me to tell me they didn’t have a car for me. I explained to them that I needed a car desperately and would be willing to take any vehicle, and pay any price associated with a new vehicle. The person I spoke with then told me they had no cars at all as their current stock was already set to be rented out for the day. The associate then asked if there was anything else she could do for me, then ended the call. Long story short enterprise shouldn’t rent out cars if they know they don’t have the stock to fulfill the customer promise.2.0 Poor

Nissan Altima was very new and clean. Price was very reasonable. Renting online was very quick and easy.Cons:
Got a couple hours away and it began to rain......turned on the wipers.....loud screeching noise........no wiper blade on passenger side.....had to stop and buy a new blade to proceed.10.0 Wonderful

Reserved a rental car month in advance and called the day before pickup to confirm reservation and was told they would not have car for me to pickup,SAID OUT OF CARS If I had not called I would have arrived at hertz and been stuck there with no car! They did not even bother to call me. Was told someone would call me back if they found me a car but nobody even bothered to do that. Called customer service several times,which was overseas and was also told someone would be in touch with me,which also no call back. Will not do business with them againBudget

I've rented a lot of these types of vans and this one was the best with all the upgrades that have been done. When I reserved the van, I reserved a "mini van" but when I went to pick up, I was offered either a 8 passenger van with extra cargo room or a SUV. I took the van. It did really well. The price was great. Check in was quick. Check out took a bit longer but it was also the end of the day. I will definitely look to them again when:if I need to rent a vehicle again.6.0 Okay

Pros:
I did not like anything about this rental. The car we had was the most miserable ride. Extremely uncomfortable seats and less than efficient shock absorbers. The car had not been cleaned between customers and smelled of smoke. I returned the car 22 hours early and was given no rebate. That is a bad policy.Good to know
