The staff was really friendly and the check in was very fast. We also liked the free drop off at the ferry terminal so we didn’t need to pay for a cab. They also do free pickups or car delivery to the ferry station which we didn’t know before.Reviewed 1 Oct 2024

The only complaint I have is that the SUV had little pick-up to navigate the mountainous terrain of Wyoming and neighboring states. It dragged going uphill. Rental cars for these areas should have larger or stronger engines.Reviewed 17 Sep 2024
