When I got there they said they didn’t know why I was allowed to book a room online. Said they didn’t have any rooms and I’d have to call the booking agency to get my money back. It was a non-refundable booking so now I’m fighting with Expedia, in spite of them telling me in an online chat the same night that they’d refund my money. Pure disaster. Pros (+) The price was definitely right, and the staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) The room had hard flooring that was cold, and the lighting in the room was all overhead, forcing me to walk through the dark to my bed. The clientele was boisterous. There was no lounge area.
