TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NEVER Drove their car At pickup, did not want Kia Forte (due to nationwide theft rate) They tried to upcharge me for a smaller car THEN accused me of purposely knocking down plexiglass at counter Awaiting my credit card invoice to insure I was not charged Lastly, billed $250 security charge I've been renting cars for 40 years and NEVER charged a security fee WILL NEVER GO BACKReviewed 1 Oct. 2023

There were only 2 reps checking people in. It took over 30 minutes in line to get to a gentleman that could help me. ( He was very nice). There were at least 5 people at the kiosk at the car pick up rental level standing around. The lady checking people out at the gate, could have cared less to help anyone. She was on her phone. When I pulled up she said find the email and scan the code. I was not getting cell reception so I had to ask her how else I could get the code she was bothered and said check your text messages. Then went right back to being on her phone. The car that I ended up with had multiple small inconvenient issues. Side driver mirror didn’t adjust. The key fob was missing the front half. The key fob battery was also almost dead. I had to hold the key against the start stop bottom to get the car to start. The gentleman that checked me back in never asked how the car was only that he needed to get the mileage and then I was good to go. There was no one else checking in at the same time I checked in. Overall I was glad to have the rental car, but the rental experience has a huge amount of improvement that needs to be done.Reviewed 30 Sep. 2023

Once you check in at the counter, you then have to go downstairs to get in yet another line so a car can be given to you. That's an extra step could be avoided to speed up the exit.Reviewed 29 Sep. 2023

Payless cancelled my registration due to issues with the arriving plane. No one listened, unfortunately. They said I had to go online and see if there was any car available, even when I was welling to pay any fee they requested. Customer service was poor.Reviewed 27 Sep. 2023
