We did not have a line at the check in so we got waited in right away. The car was ready when we got there. It was clean and the perfect size for 4 people, it for a Jeep Compass. Staff was friendly. A map of the area would of been nice.Reviewed 11 Oct. 2022

Understaffed with a 1.5 hour pickup line for prepaid cars. The vehicle was not what we expected or what was stated online. It also had interior damage and was visibly dirty. Will not rent here again.Reviewed 8 Jan. 2022

Maintenance light kept coming on tried to call several times basically was left on my own. The tire pressure light came on for two tires at separate times and had to fill them. I felt like I was driving an used truck that I had to fix. For $300 on vacation it sucked!!!!Reviewed 22 Dec. 2021

They share a rental desk with other rental companies. It was busy and they only had one agent working the desk. He did a great job and was moving really fast, but it was just one guy. When it came time for our rental, the agent had to login again to the payless system, which took about 5 minutes. So, in all, we waited approximately 50 minutes to get our vehicle, causing us to miss a dinner reservation. I just wish I had known prior to renting that this would be the case, I guess it was still a good value, but unexpected delay.Reviewed 7 Dec. 2021

Pros:I really liked the upgrade to the minivan.Cons:We waited one hour and 45 minutes in line at SRQ for the rental car. Only one attendant there. I also got a ticket for an expired tag that I had no control over.Reviewed 15 Mar. 2021
