Appreciate the service but probably no next timePros:They had a car availableCons:They require a lot more info than regular rental places including references, social security number, place of employment, and own private insurance. It was extremely off putting.Reviewed 24 Aug. 2017

False AdvertisingPros:Cheapest in BillingsCons:Advertised at airport, but it was off location. Had to pay an additional $30 to leave the car in long term parking since the office was closed (at 3pm on a Monday) after being told they should have been open! Labor Day! Totally false and the manager would not work with us on it whatsoever even though kayak said they would be open!Reviewed 12 Sep. 2016

Pros:Great customer service!Cons:They were unable to see that I had pre paid for the car 2 weeks prior so it was a little confusing when I picked up the vehicle as it appeared that I had never paid for the car. Everything else went smooth!Reviewed 14 Jul. 2016

Safety issues !!!Pros:Nothing to like in this placeCons:The cars are Filthy inside out. they don't take time to clean them, i had to change 3 cars to finally agree on one. the first one had a bold tires, the second one had scratches all over the car but you can't determine the damages as the body is dirty. the last one was OK with a bad tire sensor that kept displaying an error every time you start the car plus a change oil message that kept prompting. If i have time i would report them to the BBB. Not worth the money i paid. VERY disappointing that kayak list them on their website. i use to trust kayak!Reviewed 2 Jun. 2016

ServicePros:The car was decent but smelled funny, change the oil light was on.Cons:Service was terrible, was promised unlimited miles before booking but it wasnt true, they said faster checkout with a major credit card but still had to jump through many loops to prove I had my own insurance even after acknowledging that my credit card would cover me, a way for them to try and sell me unnecessary add ons. Tried to explain it to the associate but she shrugged me off telling me it's policy, false advertising is what it is.Reviewed 4 May 2016

Never againPros:The car worked.Cons:They were rude when we picked up the car, they were incredibly rude when calling our insurance provider, whom we know personally. They were incredibly vague about the drop-off policy and threatened an abandonment fee when I even brought it up. I called corporate to resolve the issue and the people I spoke to, serveral people, we're even more rude, dismissive, and insulting. I was out in hold mid-sentence and transferred without any notification to the stor, which had no idea why I'd been transferred. I completely regret using them. The car had an air freshener hanging from the nirror, but still smelled.Reviewed 23 Apr. 2016

Smelly CarPros:Courteous staffCons:The car was filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke with an air freshner. Engine light was on... Was not expecting to verify insurance. They could have told me when they called me before pick up.Reviewed 10 Apr. 2016

SCAMCons:The facility was not at the airport. The facility was closed before I was even reasonably able to travel the 30 minutes from the airport to get there. They transfer you to their "sister" company at the airport and apply "airport" fees to hike up your reservation. They steal your money with a smile on their face.Reviewed 25 Mar. 2016

Pros:The gal at check in was very nice.Cons:Car smelled like cigarettes. A caution air tire pressure light was on at all times, but there was a little not that said to ignore the light. This was a little worrisome.Reviewed 21 Feb. 2016

Pros:pricing was one thingCons:. a little seedy. car was not clean inside or out. the rental signing process a little outdated and in an uncomfortable setting. In the end, the pricing was not that much cheaper than the nationals/brand names. The policy about the rental period is strict. severe penalty for dropping off after 24 hour ridiculous that I uber'ed to a couple places after I returned the car. My flight came in early and I picked up an hour earlier than anticipated but was leaving at my expected time 26 hours later. 2 extra hours was double the cost.Reviewed 4 Feb. 2016
