Location was perfect. Chose this hotel because they had an adjacent garage for a self parking option. Hotel parking rates in San Francisco are outrageous so it was nice to have this option.

The room was spacious and we had a wonderful view overlooking the San Francisco skyline. I also like the fitness center and the location is awesome close to great restaurants and shops
The bed was not very comfortable and difficulty sleeping. The mattress needed to be firmer. Waiting for the elevators can take a long time, perhaps because we were there during Christmas and there were a big number of families staying at the hotel plus it was hosting a group of collegiate football players for an upcoming big game.
