The room was spacious and we had a wonderful view overlooking the San Francisco skyline. I also like the fitness center and the location is awesome close to great restaurants and shops
The bed was not very comfortable and difficulty sleeping. The mattress needed to be firmer. Waiting for the elevators can take a long time, perhaps because we were there during Christmas and there were a big number of families staying at the hotel plus it was hosting a group of collegiate football players for an upcoming big game.
Excellent location and view, good on-site amenities.
The location is great. Close to transportation, restaurants and a CVS/Walgreens within one block of distance. Check in was easy and the staff was always friendly and helpful.
I have stayed at this hotel before and all rooms were pretty comfortable. Unfortunately, this last time I was traveling with another person and a baby, and the room was very small. It barely had any space to store clothes and had to keep moving the crib back and forth as there was really no room for it.
Gym is decent and has a great view
Tv reception was poor. The bed was a a little stiffer than I'd like
only one problem
Staff was good. Our lunch experience at the hotel was very nice because the staff went out of their way for our 13 year old who was celebrating a birthday.
We had people overhead who made who disturbed us for well over an hour. After calling the front desk to complain it stopped about 30 minutes after our call.
The staff was great specially the greeters at the door and baggage handlers
Location location location
Most of it is the location and the good value
The service was not great very unpersonal
Bedding, bed, pillows & nice bathroom. Was after hours & our request for room service was still met.
The staff were very professional .
construction around the building to much Noise
We should get a discount for the noise inconvenience.
Very stylish, perfect location, hotel staff was very very helpful and courteous. Appreciated the free internet.
Room lighting could have been better. Thermostat was a off and room was a bit chilly unless we used a high setting.
Everyone from the valet attendant, bellman, and front desk was beyond helpful and attentive. Even on a stormy rainy SF day, they were warm and ever inviting to me. They got me a room on the 27th floor with an amazing view of union square during the holiday season. I highly recommend. Also, the bathroom had great lightening and everything was very clean. Location simply can't be topped. Parking is a choice of valet between $41 around the corner and $60 front door. Wifi is also now FREE.
The mattress sheet wasn't fully tucked in but everything else made up for a minor oversight.
The room was fantastic and the staff was great.
The staff was wonderful. My granddaughter was able to do her studies while I was in class. She was able to do this while looking out a window at the beautiful scenery thanks to the nice people we met while we ate breakfast. I thought the staff was great along with the great training I had for my business. I would like to stay there again.
It was hard to drive to because the roads were being worked on. It took us a little longer to arrive than I had planned.
All the hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and accomodating.
The Wifi at the hotel was very spotty. It was in and out and made it difficult to use my laptop in the room.
Convenient location. Beautiful view of San Francisco
The views were gorgeous!
I wish it had a pool, or at least a hot tub, or steam room. I could hear through the walls...other guests etc. It was noisy.
