Very poor customer service. Not 1 issue was ever responded to in a good way. Poor breakfast & meal event.

Cons (-) This hotel is in need of a major renovation. Paint peeling off walls, carpets were very dirty. Bath room door wouldn’t shut unless you leaned on them. Light sconces missing. Bathtub lever to turn on shower was broken. Restroom in the bar area was disgusting. I could go on.... Breakfast ran out of many food items 90 minutes before it was supposed to end.

Cons (-) Room temp is not controllable using thermostat. Rooms were over 80 degrees with no way to adjust. Front desk said central air is set for the entire hotel. Very uncomfortable to sleep when it is close to freezing outside but 83F in the room. Had to leave a window open to try and cool it off. Both TVs in the suite did not work and flashed a No Signal error. Called the front desk for help 3 times and...

Pros (+) The suites are spacious and lovely; the breakfasts and happy hours, a wonderful feature.
Cons (-) The heating/ac system is inadequate: although it was chilly at night, the system was not set to provide heat. The staff provided a space heater, but... not what I'd expect from a fine hotel.
