Location staff is helpful
It’s actually 2 star no more very old furniture poor facilities
They charged us more then agreed
The agreement was to pay with booking not at check in and the value was different
Enough storage space for a family for a week!! Two closets w/ special hangers for pants in one, large shelving areas above. Breakfast buffet was really interesting: each day something different, and most days, clearly labeled. Panini press. Most staff really appeared to enjoy their jobs and commit to making each customer feel valued. If you are lucky enough to work with the bald guy w/ glasses, who is a published author(!), refer to him as “Killer” & he will know you read this review :-) I think everyone praises the location: two blocks south of Paulista, just off Augusta (the Rodeo Drive of SP) and just south of the Renaissance Hotel (drop off point for airport busses), 10 minutes from major Metrô station, restaurants & pubs you can trip over.... 24-hour desk w/ workers who will just about go into the middle of the street to get you a taxi when there’s a bus strike....
Too bad with all the closet space they could only find one coat/shirt hangar.... Bring an extension cord w/ multiple outlets & a plug adapter, as outlets are limited. Like one per room... The bed did not help my back recover from the plane trip; luckily, there are good massage therapists available... The decor is about 40 years old, but clean...

The breakfast was the absolute best. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Considering the language barrier they bent over backwards to accommodate us. The head waiter was a little temperamental but...
The room service menu could be improved both in terms of content and taste.
