Standard SUV

KAYAK
I booked for a petrol car and upgraded from a compact suv to standard, with 300 miles inclusive per day in the Kayak app. However when I went to pick up the car from Sixt they gave me a electric compact suv and said I only had 300 miles for the whole booking and made me pay more to get more miles and the electric car was really a hassle as I was travelling to some villages and towns. They should have given me exactly what I had booked. Basically charged me a £100 more for nothing.

Pickup/drop-off were great. The car was clear and in a good technical condition. The pricing for the car rent after COVID is way high ($30/day before covid / this smallest car cost $79/day).
