The car was decent. Drop off was easy just a little hard to find as the google address brings us to the Mazda dealership and there are no obvious signs in the front of there being enterprise.Cons:
Service was awful. It was a busy weekend and supposedly the company doesn’t anticipate these things for holidays. We waited about three hours for a random car to be ready. I booked and paid for an economy car (Corolla or similar) but got a really small compact car. The car change was fine but there was no refund or price change for downsizing or inconvenience. Sat on the sidewalk for almost three hours and I even called the corporate customer service number to ask for my options and the lady was unsure how to handle the situation so she stopped talking and eventually hung up on me. I don’t know how they could have been so overbooked, it was a terrible experience picking up the car. Everything else was fineHertz
