4.0 Okay
Cons: No service at all. Worst 4 seasons experience we've ever had
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful rooms, super comfy beds, extraordinary staff, and delicious food in Coin & Candor. Four Seasons West Lake Village was excellent in every way!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: All of the staff members were very friendly and seemed happy with their job, from valet to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff. Even the restaurant (Coin and Candor) staff referred to us by name after only mentioning it once. It seemed like there were some vacancies at the hotel so we received a free upgrade to a room with a nicer view. That was very pleasant. The surrounding neighborhood is very clean and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our first stay with Four Seasons and hope it won’t be our last.
Cons: We almost ran out of toilet paper. I looked around the room for a backup roll but could not find one. On one evening we received a bothersome knock at 9:00pm by a housekeeper wanting to provide “turn down” service. We were ALREADY turned in. That’s a little late to be attempting that service. We took a stroll around the activity lawn, waterfall area and noted at least two different locations that were littered with dirty dishes and glassware that looked like they had been left there several days earlier.
7.0 Good
Cons: self parking could have been closer
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable. Quiet room. Beautiful grounds. Good food
Cons: Bathroom was a bit dark and there was no good mirror to apply makeup
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed in this hotel just for one night during my road trip in California I felt in love with the place We were so sad that we didn't stay longer The restoration is great
Cons: nothing, even the prices are more than fare
10.0 Excellent
Pros: People that work here vernfriendly
Cons: Very petty but vanilla creamer would be excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I can’t say enough good things! Amazing in absolutely every way
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Practically everything! Perfect location, incredibly good service, fabulous view, wonderful pool and hot tub area. It was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in by far.
Cons: The food was ok but not nearly as good as everything else about the hotel. That was surprising and a little disappointing but the overall expert was so excellent that we can overlook the so so food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was absolutely beautiful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The bed was incredibly comfortable and Wi-fi top notch.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: We were shocked at how unaccomodating the management was. Simple requests to use a table at the pool or to have a cake were refused. We were simply told no. Far, far below the Four Seasons standard - and very much over priced. More than $2,000 for one night. Stay away!!! SAD!!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love everything about this property, I love the style and it’s in a beautiful location.
Cons: N/a
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Staff is sometimes less than accommodating. We had reservations for brunch. But they were not going to allow a checkout one hour later. But Laurie in reservations was amazing. We love this place. We have come every year for over 10 years but.......
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fireplace and tub
Cons: No bidet with heated toilet seat (got spoiled in Japan) and not as near to shopping as I had hoped. Prefer walking distance to shopping.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the dinner at Bogies. Great food. We liked the bath. Super spacious and clean, but the power button for the jets did not work. The bed was great, very comfortable. The layout of the room was interesting and excellent compared to other rooms we've been in. We had a great fireplace. Clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Cons: The scrambled eggs for breakfast were terrible. My husband ate them acknowledging they terrible. I could not eat them. Also my husband was confused by AC, because it wouldn't turn on. When he called the front desk, it did turn on. So we don't know why that was.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean, convenient (attended a wedding there), very nice room
Cons: Price per night/ stayed 1 night.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: So pretty. Very comfortable.
Cons: 6 Dollar bottles of water for a 300 dollar room. Come on.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Well, okay. Very far from the room.
Cons: ELEVATOR
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, I will be back.
Cons: The bathroom door doesn't lock and there is no place to hang towels to dry.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole det up is like you are in an Italian village. Different buildings with beautiful gardens. I was on the first floor and my room had a big patio. Inside the room was spacious and had a fire place. The bathroom was big and beautiful as well. I really loved this place.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds.
Cons: Disappointed that they would not extend beyond 11:00 AM departure time (we spent less than 12 hours at this hotel during our one night stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, it should include the weekends as well. The resort on the weekend is very busy with Parties so it was noise. The first floor rooms by the entrance can be very noise on the weekends. But we had a 2nd floor room the first 5 days and that was wonderful. Loved the resort.
Cons: The beds are not comfortable. Hard and a little bit lumpy.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were amazing. Good restaurants, great food.
Cons: My only complaint, and it unfortunately is a major one; the bed was HORRIBLE. you can tell it was an older mattress, but yet oddly... was very stiff. Both my wife (pregnant) and I must have woken up 40 times to change positions it was so uncomfortable.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool area. Quite. Close to freeway.
Cons: No complementary breakfast :(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, quite, the pool facilities were very nice
Cons: No
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Impeccably clean lounge, eating area and outdoor seating in the pool area. Really exceeded my expectations, especially for the price we paid! The room was also impeccably clean, even the tub , which can sometimes be neglected! ( And I am an extremely picky person when it comes to meeting my expectations for cleanliness !)The trees/ shrubs surrounding the pool/ outdoor seating was so relaxing, we could’ve lounged there all day! Really superb experience. Loved the breakfast setup; it wasn’t your typical setup; instead you pick from the Starbucks cafe menu that they give you when you check in. The oatmeal was surprisingly five star; who knew oatmeal could be five star? The rooms were almost sold out, only four left when we booked; and we were booked on the first floor. I was so worried about housekeeping noise and noise from being near a high traffic area.. There was none to speak of! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again if we are ever in the area again. THIS IS A FIVE STAR HOTEL.
Cons: NOTHING to speak of!

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly accommodating staff Location near to family living locally Nice pool to swim in
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfort. Quiet. Location good.
Cons: I called to check out but front desk staff told me that I had to come down to desk to check out :( I would've preferred automated or just a call to check out as opposed to waiting in line at desk.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I appreciated the clean and maintained amenities - hot tub was the perfect temperature, gym was small but kept, etc.
Cons: They need to update their business center and make sure all computers are connected to the main printer. Very inconvenient having to print sensitive work materials using the front desk printer and monitor the employees use.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The property was beautiful outside as well as inside. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The bathroom shower kept shifting to hotter water than I selected. They needed to change the faucet.

Cons: We had beach plans which were ruined because our rooms weren’t ready until we’ll past 5
4.3 Okay
Pros: I was placed in a handicapped room & bldg - disgraceful! You are trolling the info and placing people by age in certain rooms . While I may be 62 I do not look it nor fit into your criteria for elderly! I will never recommend your hotel or hotel partners nor will I ever stay again. I was with my son looking at colleges in CA - Your company is deplorable and you suck!
Cons: Everything
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast is surprisingly good. Wifi speed is fast as well.
Cons: The room seems old. The room that we stayed in, I wish they would cover the kitchen disposal sink instead of leave it wide open. It looks like "unfinished" kitchen. The remote TV was super "dusty" when I cleaned them up. Carpet floor was also dirt

Cons: beds too high, chair too high and not comfortable, no sofa or cozy chair.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is wonderful, it is right across the street from a lovely shopping center with good restaurants, coffee shops, a juice bar and groceries. The grounds were beautiful, the pool area was a treat and the waterfalls were a delight to see. We ate lunch and dinner at Harvest, the crab cake was just delightful and I had it twice in one day because it was so good.We loved eating dinner around the fire pit. The staff were great, especially the front desk staff. We got there a little early and they accommodated our earlier check in (around 2pm). I would stay here again and even recommended other family to come.
Cons: The service for the restaurant was a little slow, but both times we came only one server was working and had a big area to cover so maybe adding additional people/servers would be beneficial. I do not think it was the servers fault as they tried their best to accommodate us.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was great, especially for children. the staff were friendly, especially the cleaning staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable. Loved the snack shop. Very convenient and well stocked.
Cons: Have broken arm needed help to put things together at the end to leave. Even the big manager came and they would not help me. Very disappointed at the lack of help and at the attitude of no service. Until that time everything was wonderful but it left me with a very sour taste in my mouth. We all need special help at different times and they did not provide it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast included (more than just continental), late checkout (noon) and the ease of checking in.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Standard Hampton, Breakfast inclusive Wafflemaker but without bacon! Location is good direct behind walmart and some Restaurants in walking distance. Early checkin, ad one a’clock, easily possible!
Cons: The Pool area looks not very clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were spacious and staff was helpful. Gave us a great recommendation for dinner.
Cons: Breakfast burritos were burned. But, had plenty of other options.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I liked the big king room and bed . Everything was clean and comfortable. It smelled clean . Coffeee and cookies was a nice welcoming touch . Breakfast was great .
Cons: Nothing to state .
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. Nothing at all. I will expect a response.
Cons: Very beginning to very end. I had a horrible trip. The whole staff that was "assisting" me and my fiance treated us like a huge burden. I wouldn't come back that is for sure unless it's a full comped stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly staff & continental breakfast!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was a mix of super friendly people and others were borderline rude, not sure what was going on there. Beds were comfortable and this is the first time at a hotel there were enough pillows and towels for us. Breakfast was good and facilities were clean. I will he back in a couple of weeks. I travel a lot for sports and Hampton is definitely at the top of my list.
Cons: The review said they had a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms, this is apparently only in the suites and not the double queen bed. Unfortunately that was disappointing as I travel with my kids and need two beds but definitely would've been better having those two items. Our room was loud which was not my previous experience there. Our neighbors had loud music going all night one night and lots of other noises too.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for an LA trip.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: We tried to check in, but the hotel's credit card system was down for "updates". They rejected 2 of our cards and 2 other customers' (that we know of). Luckily we had family nearby who housed us overnight...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: In general everything was good and the employees very friendly.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was big. Bed was mostly comfortable. Restaurant had good choices and food was good for the price
Cons: Bathtub had hair in it. There was jack-hammering and construction noise early in the morning on a Saturday. The bartender was very nice, but I had to alter my order a few times before I got my drink due to lack of simple ingredients like salt.

Pros: Bed - bedding was amazing!!!! Location good Clean
Cons: Walk out on ground floor to a "patio" was a dirt strip between the building and the walkway - not a patio at all and certainly not secure if you left the door open. Anyone walking by on the sidewalk could walk in. Poor fiinishing to outdo door first floor 'King" room.

Pros: bed was comfy
Cons: Ac in the room was extremely loud and the parking was terrible.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Reservations were for king bed. Check in was very disappointing. Staff was not friendly and was told only thing available was double bed. When questioned if anything else was available her attitude was take it or leave it Reservation for first night was through work and was paid for by company. Had to use my credit card to pay for it and her attitude was that she was not even going to look. Office has sent me an email that charges are to be reversed on my credit card. Still waiting.
Cons: Checking in and had made reservations for king bed with confirmation for king. Would have selected another hotel if king was not available

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large clean, attractive room, comfortable bed, great location. Complimentary breakfast was excellent! Overall, a great experience. I’ll stay there again!
Cons: Exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would have preferred is to have the elevator in the lobby area, rather than in a separate building. That would feel more secure, particularly for a woman traveling alone.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the staff very friendly and the place, close to Malibu and other nice sea shore places. Breakfast, small buffet style, nice to have. Eggs, bacon, waffles and yogurt. Also bagels, bread and sweet. There is also a washer and dryer for public use.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly...and accomodating
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean
Cons: Breakfast room very small
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was comfortable. The location was safe and close to a mall and cinema. The staff were friendly. The hotel site was well kept with a garden and pool area.
Cons: Asked the price of an extra night and was told that as we had a 165 dollar a night room we could stay in the same room for a third night for 144 dollars (a reduction to save us being moved) . On checking the quality inn website we could have stayed in a different room for 79 dollars but weren’t given this option or we would’ve stayed. The breakfast let down the hotel. The dining room is too small with 4 tables. Therefore you had to take the hot breakfast back to your room which was then cold. No trays were offered so you had to keep going too and fro for anything you needed. Also things were not kept replenished and items had to be asked for and waited for. Given that the hotel was almost full this was chaotic to say the least.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Managed to lose 1 half of our reservation then gave us a lower spec room for higher cost than original booking. Kids had sofa bed that was so worn and hardly fit into the room. To their credit, after making a complaint they adjusted the price downwards to compensate for the inconcenience.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Immaculate cleanliness,staff
Cons: no
6.8 Good
Pros: Pool, Comfy beds
Cons: No hot drink machine in bedroom. No fridge, Tiny bathroom
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Close to work
Cons: Almost everything. The facility was a dump and practically everything was in severe need to replacement or renovation. The A/C in the rooms broke for hours in the heat where guests were forced to stay outside in 98 deg heat....staff didn't offer guests complimentary water ($2 out of the vending machine) or even updates. Once AC was "fixed" it was dirty, loud and looked like it was the 1970s. The WIFI would not work in the room even after paying for "high-speed" so was forced to work outside in the dark. Fellow guests were swearing up a storm and almost got into a couple of fights in the pubic area. Room was very small, damaged tables and in extreme need of renovation. The outside trash receptacles were left open and pigeons ransacked trash all over the parking lot.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location. It was clean. The beds were not very comfortable but the staff was friendly.
Cons: I didn’t like the beds. They were not very comfortable.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved the hardwood floors, the color of the room was nice, the staff was amazing and patient and kind. Thank you for the stay!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff; cool, clean room
Cons: Homeless sleeping in hallway
4.5 Okay
Pros: The friendliness of the staff at the front desk. Check-in and check-out was very smooth.
Cons: One of the beds was extremely noisy. Looking underneath the box spring we found out the bed was missing 3-bed legs. We requested a different room but they were fully booked. We removed all the bed legs so we could get a silent sleep and reported the problem at the front desk the next morning. At the end of the day the bed legs were placed back on the bed, still with 3 legs missing and super noisy. The problem wasn't solved and neither was the bathroom cleaned as requested leaving us with a broken bed and a black greasy floor in the bathroom. Big disappointment.
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff nice
Cons: AC dripping from ceiling. Bare bones, scratchy sheets, could feel vinyl mattress below thin scratchy sheets
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and value. One of the best Motel 6 I’ve stayed in.
6.0 Good
Pros: Dated and shady people
Cons: Outside looked dingy
8.8 Excellent
Pros: No breakfast, but there was coffee. Pillows were quite comfy.

4.5 Okay
Pros: Breakfast, housekeeping staff was very polite and helpful.
Cons: Room very small, as well as bathroom. Noisy and dirty. Housekeeping was great and A/C unit was really noisy. Price was high, I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel instead. Pictures on website made hotel look good for a great stay but not what we saw. Police activity on our first day and that gave us a bad taste. Also elevator was too far from our room. One only in a 3 story hotel.

Pros: Surprised by the room. Price very reasonable, great location and clean. Refrigerator in room and a great place to stay.
Cons: Maybe more trash containers on the floors but minor issue.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Easy freeway access.
Cons: I've stayed at motels close to freeways before; but this one the cars may just as well have been driving through the bedroom. Fridge didn't work; would have asked for a new room based on that alone but there was no vacancy. Just one lock on the door??
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Not much. The location was close to the event I was attending.
Cons: The guy checking us in said we requested a smoking room when we had requested a non smoking room. He said they were booked solid. Sent us to the room - that wasn’t ready at 4 pm! And it had a sign that said non smoking room on the outside. Opened the door and it smelled like smoke and urine. Carpet was stained. It was awful. If I did have to be somewhere I would have requested a refund and left.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The bed was nice and it looked clean.
Cons: It says you pay when you come in but apparently their "new policy" is to charge before you even check in. They overdraw my account and they didn't even call to let me know they do that now. Of all the times I've stayed here now they do it. And the front desk lady is always so rude.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Quiet room
Cons: Customer service needs improvement. Customer cut in front of me and front desk didnt tell them to wait.

Pros: The coffee was good the room was good the cleaning maid was very nice that’s what I liked
Cons: There’s two clerks up front could at least be a little nicer to the customers when you’re asking questions they don’t have to be so rude
4.3 Okay
Pros: The pool since nice, I didn’t use it, but it was right in front of my door.
Cons: I understand the need for my ID, I don’t understand the need for my wife’s ID as well. Nether did she. The towels were like sandpaper. Even wet they were extremely rough. The keycard was very problematic, taking up to 8 or 9 try’s to work, I had to go and reset it once. We were there from Friday night to Sunday morning. The night clerk was unfriendly, not rude, but not friendly at all. I felt as if I was bothering her, not a good feeling.

Pros: Good price and nice location.
Cons: It is a little run down and homeless people all around.
7.5 Good
