FAIL!Pros:Nothing.Cons:The Thrifty agent was not there, so I was stuck without a car and I was trying to make a flight at a different airport. I had to rent a more expensive car at Hertz in order to make the flight. This was awful, and I am going to contact Thrifty reimburse me.Reviewed 15 Apr. 2017

Not happy with carPros:Car ready when I arrive. Quick return.Cons:There was no cruise control. This was not stated to me at check-in. Yet the agent asked where I am going. I was traveling over 800 miles in 2 days. The agent asked me about other things. The brakes pulled a little. Gas mileage on an small car was not great. There was a refundable $200 deposit that was never told to me before I booked the car. They had my credit card. Why do they hold $200. I am not a new driver. Had better experience with other car rental companies in the past.Reviewed 7 Apr. 2017
