Was charged $20 extra to have snow tires which is ridiculous. Ordered an suv and was given the smallest one possible. Didn’t qualify as a sub for my family of 4. So small we couldn’t fit our luggage in. I will do my best to choose another company as Thriftys sizing of their cars is not normal .Reviewed 1 Jan 2026
