Pros:Staff was great. Easy process and my name was on their list which prepared the staff for my arrival.Cons:Walking to and from the spot to pick up and drop off wasn't so great. Especially, if you're a female with heels and bags. Valet would be great. Pick up / Drop Off car would also be recommended in advance.Reviewed 17 Oct. 2019

Lots of surprises for a first time renter!Pros:It would be very helpful to explain upfront in obvious language that there is a credit check and a corresponding deposit hold on the card used. Not being aware of this caused me to have $350 less of a budget to use on my trip. It could have been devastating in a different situation.
