Pros:Prompt service, helpful staff and really efficient and convenient on everything.Cons:The quality of the vehicle could have been better. The oil light was on when we recieved the car, and needed changed. The brakes weren't 100% and were grinding a bit toward the end of our trip.Reviewed 11 May 2021

Pros:Nothing. My flight landed at 5pm. I waited in line 1.5 hours, there were only two reps working. I was the last in line. When I went upstairs there were no cars. After another half an hour, they gave me a car. When I attempted to exit the rental car garage, my car was scanned and stopped. I was told this car could not leave. No reason was given. I was told to go back to Hertz (I rented from Thrifty). I went back and asked to talk to the manager. She said no cars were available and I would be given a mini van. Other customers had arrived by then, and were getting cars and driving away. After nearly three hours, a car appeared and was given to me. I am a middle-aged woman travelling alone. I'd been on the go since 9am, and it took almost as long to pick up the car as it did for me to fly halfway across the country. It's terrible, deplorable service. The staff don't care, I don't expect them to care but their lack of concern was evident. Three hours after my flight landed, I was finally on my way in a car.Cons:Everything. When you book a car, you expect to pick up the car as planned. I had no notice from Kayak, Hertz or Thrifty that my pre-booked car was not available. After waiting in line for 1.5 hours. Cons:Thrifty gave us a confirmation number for an online reservation. They then refused to give out a car. While one gentleman was leaving the lot in a Thrifty rental car, 3 of us standing there were told they weren't letting any cars out due to the weather. All flights were canceled, so at a time when passengers needed cars most, Thrifty refused not even honoring my confirmed reservation.Reviewed 17 Feb. 2021
