Room was cozy and nicely decorated, also very clean (sheets, bathroom, towels all neat). WiFi absolutely fine anywhere in the hotel. Staff was very helpful, professional and eager to answer to any inquiry. Plus with good knowledge of English, unlike most locals in Venice. Thumps up for the free shuttle to Murano, from just outside the hotel with their boat.

Pros: 1. Location was excellent! So close to the water bus stop, and easily walkable to San Marco square and many tourist attractions. We found it very peaceful within the hotel, especially given how close we were to such a busy area. 2. Room was lovely, tastefully decorated and a good size. 3. Staff were excellent! We arrived early and they were able to assign us a room immediately. The hairdryer in the room broke while I was drying my hair, we called down to reception and within 5 minutes they had sent up a plug in hairdryer to use instead.

Cons: Breakfast is a lot of food but quality of ingredients is average, especially capuccino, bread and juice could be better. We had a room with terrace, the plants in the terrace are not very well kept, some weed growing and some plants dead.

They are respecting very carefully all rules (Very good!), but it is hard to serve a breakfast (Because buffet not allowed anymore) with very little selection. One has to fill out a sheet with crosses and select what to take - but the selection this way is unfortunately quite limited. For example, the bread was from the freezer I believe and there was only one type of yoghurt. The bathroom could need a refresh, it is certainly over 20 years old. (but clean!)

Pros: Probably we were among the first tourists after the COVID-19 lockdown. We stayed just one night with my wife and little son. I felt safe, the hotel staff took all the measurements to secure our stay. We had a room with a lagoon view. It was amazing to see the moon and the Venice at night directly from the balcony and have a morning coffee enjoying the lagoon in a soft bathrobe. The location is perfect, less than 3 minutes from Piazza San Marco. We have been in Venice few times, but only thanks to luxurious experience at hotel Savoia & Jolanda we will remember this trip forever!

Pros: We arrived to Venice on February 29th around 930am . As soon as we were at the reception desk we were told that our room was not only ready but it was being upgraded for a junior suite at no charge. This was definitely something that was beyond our expectations. We we escorted to our room and they had prepared another surprise for us:”A bottle of Prosecco and some snacks “ as complimentary. Every time we were heading outside they used to come inside our room to make it look fresh and leave some detail on the bed ( chocolates). Their breakfast was totally awesome !!!! The location of this hotel is super convenient as you are close to all major attractive places .

Pros: Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Venice and just a minute walk to San Marco Square. The breakfast is incredible and they provide a private taxi to/from Murano to a glass blowing factory and art gallery.

Pros: I love this hotel from the arrival in water taxi directly on its doorstep, the terrace with breathtaking views, the rooms - especially if you book in the Palazzo part. Gorgeous. But most of all it is the Hotel Staff, who literally anticipate your needs, always helpful, courteous and fully professional

Pros: We loved it!! Great location, perfect and friendly staff. As we celebrated our 3rd wedding day, they upgraded us into the Presidential Suite, which was fantastic and brought up a bottle of prosecco up to out room. A big thank you especcially to Valentina, who greeted us by a handwritten letter upon arrival in our Suite. The concierge recommended a complementory boat trip to Murano, which was very nice. Also the taxi service by boat was perfect. The view from our terrace was stunning: direct view to the Canale Grande and church Maria Salute. Quiet location, next to Marcus Square - all in all perfect accommodation for couples and honeymooners.

Pros: When making our plan to visit Venice we did not know that the place is an island. The sight of water scared us at first on arrival .It became fun and visit to wonderland. The hotel met our expectation as big and reputable shops are within easy reach. we enjoyed our breakfast which provided good scenery of Venice.

Pros: All food services
Cons: Floor plans complex and not safe. Basic facilities far from everything. Ground floor and lobby bathrooms are so hidden one needs a guide to find them. Many staircases have no hand rails. Cost of bottled water obscene! Drinking water is a basic necessity and should be available not priced as an expensive luxury.

Cons: Breakfast became much worse than 6 years ago. Split system very noisy. Room should be renovated to my mind

Cons: Unfortunately there was a construction site above our suite as they worked in the 7th floor. The noise started at 8:30 and lasted almost the whole day. We were also sorry that the famous restaurant Settimo Cielo did not open until 4th of July when we had to leave. But next time we will visit the terrace restaurant.
