Pros: Awesome Location Nice Garden for breakfast Valet parking Staff Clean Quiet
Cons: Average breakfast - not much different than what I find / get in an airport lounge Room was not in King Pavillon but in Trianon Pavillon and was smallish and very average - not really « palace like ». Nothing special about the room really. The pavillon felt like we were in the back yard of any location. Bathroom was average as well. The room / bathroom / pavillon was a big désappointement for me considering the price. It was 4* but not (far from) 5* Same for breakfast 4* but far far from 5* The location, close to the Versailles garden is great but the « 5* palace » fell short for me of my expectations. The juice at breakfast were served at our table and the table cloth was stained from the get go... not 5* service I left the car to the good valet parking but as birds pooped on the hood, it was not cleaned. I was not expecting a full power wash but ... hey, the 5* hotel we visited in Spain just did that as a farewell gesture. I was thinking that maybe I could have had the hood cleaned. I did it myself and I am ok but that did not feel like 5* to leave the hotel with a soiled car. Any way - good experience but not 5* Cheers
7.0 Good
Pros: Location to Versailles.
Cons: Cost.
6.8 Good
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Air conditioning failed in room. Hotel unable to offer apology or alternative room. Very expensive way to get no sleep.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was lovely. Exactly what we had requested. Facilities in the room were great.
Cons: We ordered champagne and fruit on arrival. We didnt finish the bottle of champagne, but it was left in our room for the entire stay - including the dirty plates with fruit on, even though the room had been cleaned. You had to pay for coffee in the room and there was no tea facilities.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff other than the concierge were excellent. Friendly, helpful, and informative.
Cons: The conceirgre service was extremely disappointing. Although they were able to provide some information in the Palace if Versailles and events there, they were not in general helpful. For example, when we tried to get timed tickets for the Palace tour they showed us the steps but said they couldn't print them out because they were out of paper in the printer at their desk. Therefor they would not be able to do so. The check in desk was not more than twenty meters away and had plenty of paper. There were also issues dinner recommendations or lack thereof and directions to other local sites. I
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Truly luxury hotel meters away from the back entrance to the palace grounds. Excellent food and wine in Gordon Ramsay’s Veranda, very attentive and friendly staff throughout the hotel. The most comfortable bed ever! It wasn’t easy getting up in the morning. We arrived hours before check in and our room was made ready within minutes. Thank you for having us, for all attention to detail making our stay wonderful. Looking forward to coming back next summer.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was beautifully decorated and very posh. It had a great location next to the Neptune Gate of the gardens to the Palace of Versailles. The staff was exceptional. Very solicitous, but respectful and extremely professional.
Cons: We decided to move to the main building (the staff call it “The Palace”) from the Pavillion building, which the annex, because the annex was so disappointing. It was decorated beautifully, but so little attention was paid to the architecture of the building that was reminiscent of a motel. We really felt like we had been relegated to cattle class in comparison to the main building, so we paid to upgrade. When we checked into the Pavillion the first night, the awesome front desk clerk just pointed the way, which was fine and what we expected, but when we checked into the deluxe room in the main building, the front desk clerk walked us through the hotel, showed us the facilities, took us through our room and gave us vouchers for welcome drinks. I guess you get what you pay for. The difference between the two experiences was a little too stark, though, I thought.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The concierge team were lovely and the cleaning staff were very friendly and did a very good job.
Cons: The photographs on booking.com only showed the main building, which looked beautiful, but we ended up staying in the modern ‘Pavillion’ which was modern and massively overpriced. The gardens were not up to scratch and overgrown and weedy in places to a shocking degree considering the price, rating and time of year. There was garden furniture dumped everywhere around the side of the building, hosepipes and weeds everywhere and the terraces need a really good clean. The food was nice but again, hugely overpriced for what it was. The waiting staff were always too busy talking and I had to keep pouring my own wine and I waited a while to order, and for the food. This is not usually an issue but there were more waiting staff than customers so I found it a bit odd.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location.
Cons: No walk in shower in our en-suite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness of all the staff. Cordial and elegant manner and helpfulness of management, staff, spa staff are the best I have ever experienced. High-class ambiance. Closeness to the Chateau Versailles and the town.
Cons: A little lack of smiles and warmth from check in desk personnel’s. As it is the very first impression you get of the hotel operation.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel and grounds. The most comfortable beds. Very friendly staff who made a real fuss over the children.
Cons: Pool atmosphere. Felt as though we shouldn’t have been there with children!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely the best location in Versailles
Cons: Breakfast not what at the level you would expect for a hotel of this stature
Hotel La Residence Du Berry - Versailles - Bedroom

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel la Residence du Berry, you'll be centrally located in Versailles, a 2-minute drive from Palace of Versailles and 14 minutes from Parc des Princes. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-in, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was amazing, a very personal experience with staff brewing fresh coffee and constantly refilling the buffet. It was very quiet and cozy in the dining area. Our room was nicely decorated, and the bathroom was very clean and recently renovated. The hotel is at walking distance to the palace of Versailles and many nice restaurants are nearby (we recommend A La Ferme and the Cafe Des Arts)
Cons: The room itself was pretty tiny and there was no air conditioning: it was extremely hot in our room. The high temperature was to be expected with the hot temperatures outside, but still it was very uncomfortable because we couldn't open the windows at night: there was a street lantern that shines light straight into our room. There was a room fan inside the room which did help a little.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room is tastefully decorated
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was acceptable but was more expensive than advertised and the most expensive breakfast of the six hotels we stayed in during our visit to France. The location was excellent for our planned visit to the Palace of Versailles
Cons: The fact there was no parking on site. My wife and I have Blue Badges because we have difficulty walking. Fortunately there was a disabled parking space close by on the opposite side of the road. Although the reception staff were extremely helpful no one could tell us whether or not we could park in a allocated disabled persons parking space without payment and the length of time such parking is permitted.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great central location near a lovely quiet square with good choice of restaurants. Nice breakfast taken in their courtyard patio.
Cons: We arrived in a heatwave so air conditioning would have been nice

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Camille greeted us on arrival. She was very friendly, informative, perfect english and very professional. She helped us with getting around in Versailles and asked if we were visiting Paris, which we were, and gave us a map and informed us the best way to get to Paris by rail. This was invaluable as this was our first visit to Paris. Our room was lovely and clean and after being in a tent in the Loire Valley, it was nice having a kettle tea and coffee, working air con and a TV. The bathroom was very nice, with shampoo, shower gel and soap. Breakfast was great value at €16 (children free). There was lots of options available, even cake! Perfect location very near to Palace, train station, shops and market. Really nice experience and would definitely stay here again. Camille definitely added to the positive experience, so thank you.
Cons: Charge for parking is extra €12.50 per day.

Cons: Shower door needed to be repaired but fine for a one night stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and a lovely modern hotel. Breakfast was extremely good and staff were very helpful. Only a short walk from the Château and restaurants
Cons: A little hard to spot as it’s hidden behind a wall but we found it x
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service! Our reservation from booking, com didn’t go through, so they were kind enough to figure out accommodations at the same rate for us. Very comfortable and quiet rooms with air conditioning. Perfect walking distance right to the palace. Could not have found a better location!
Cons: Reservations didn’t go through from booking.com. The hotel was able to help us, but it took awhile to find us rooms to accommodate our family.
6.3 Good
Pros: The beds were massive and very comfortable.
Cons: On arrival at 2;30pm we were told that one of our rooms was not available as there was someone still in it that were checking out late!! That's not acceptable as check in is 2pm! We were given one of our rooms to leave our bags in as no other adjoining rooms were available. The air conditioning in that room was not working, it was 40 degrees outside! Reception did not seem surprised when I went down and told them! We were given 2 other adjoining rooms, which we were told 5 minutes earlier were not available! Other than the first evening we were unable to get hot water and had 3 different engineers over 3 occasions trying to resolve the issue. We were offered use of the spa to shower or other, separate rooms at half past midnight. It took the 3rd engineer over an hour to resolve the issue on our check out morning, he said he had never experienced the issue before! The hotel then lied to booking.com and told them we did not know how to use the shower... I'm 53, travel the world and am more than able to turn on a shower! Both rooms' showers had been used by us on the first evening we checked in, after that there was a real issue with the hot water supply. Breakfast @ Euros 26 per head had also been charged to our rooms, we did not have breakfast in the hotel as the same breakfast for euros 10.95 in the Ibis around the corner!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was perfectly located and within walking distance for visiting the Palace of Versailles. The entrance, bar and restaurant was beautiful with a luxurious feel. Our room wasn't ready to check into so we were given a complimentary drink at the bar, which was nice. The restaurant & bar staff were excellent and very attentive. Our room was very comfortable and clean with lovely Clarins toiletries.
Cons: We arrived early to check in, so decided to have a little breakfast. We went to the bar to order and had to wait a little too long to be served as there was a meeting happening at the time. I also thought the waiting and bar staffs uniforms looked a little washed out and tired, such a shame considering how amazing they all were. They deserved better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds and clarins as their products. An extra treat.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, looks like a castle. Wonderful staff, nice rooms and good location close to everything.
Cons: The parking was a little bit tight for our car.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was in an excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff- I had emailed them before arrival about leaving luggage at the hotel as I knew we were going to arrive late morning. When we got there one of the rooms was actually ready anyway. Hotel member of staff gave us a map and recommended where to eat and what we should see in Versailles and highlighted it all on the map.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Cozy and lovely hotel with very friendly staffs. All speak English very well and provide an useful information for sightseeing. A bit old, but room condition was well-maintained. Heating system was also good. Location was perfectly central and it was easy to access(even by walk) the palace and garden etc in Versailles. There are lots of shops and restaurants right next street.
Cons: No facilites for tea/coffee. No parking lot for hotel guests only, and public parking near the hotel is quite limited.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the bed and the view of the garden! it was really beautiful and very near to the palace. We were so tired and we just melted into the comfy bed!
Cons: The halls were a little dark and the switches were a little hard to find. It wasn't a big deal, but I support energy saving methods.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: There isn’t hair dryer in the room and some light was not working!
Cons: Staff was very friendly and kind!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable. We were able to leave our suitcases while visiting Versales.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location. Very close to Versaille Palace and close to some very nice restaurants. 5 mins walk to train station with regular trains to Paris. Friendly helpful staff and small garden where we enjoyed a rest . Comfortable, clean beds, good wifi and quiet at night
Cons: The decor is tired/worn around the stairs areas and in bedrooms. A refresh would be good. The reception and bar/sitting area were fine though. The toilet room was very small, and light didn’t work. Breakfast was average. The receptionist seemed to be trying to do her job and manage breakfast aswell. Overall, a good stay but improvement is needed is certain areas

Cons: N.A
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our family room with a double and 2 twin beds was perfect for our family of 4. Location was excellent - easy walk to the palace and plenty of nice restaurants nearby.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Central location, nice staff. Easy to leave a car on a parking next door. Good choice for breakfast
Cons: A bit old fashion decor and old fashioned bathrooms. No acoustic protection from the corridor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, the receptionists were very kind!! There is a supermarket nearby, the train station is really closed! The room was clean and the bed really comfortable!!
5.5 Okay
Pros: Didn't take it - more expensive than other places in France.
Cons: Cramped room, very small shower cubicle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and competent hosts. They could not have done more to make our visit a success. Yes there are things that might be improved in the rooms, but value for money it is excellent. Madame and monsieur make it all very welcoming so you will be looked after better than in most two star hotels that we have ever known.
Cons: Yes the towel rail could have been screwed better into the wall etc but does this really matte with hosts giving their hotel a renovation as funds are found? Clean and courteous - just what a tired tourist needs.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The place is central location. The owners are quite nice as well as staff. Everything in town is close by especially the Palace of Versailles which is the main purpose of visiting this town.
Cons: Not really something in my mind based on it is just a small size hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: we felt pleased that we had decided to stay a few nights in Versailles - quieter and better value accommodation than Paris. The hotel has a nice feel and is located close to a cluster of good value casual restaurants. Convenience store and bakeries nearby. Short pleasant walk to the Palace. And the train station. The room was a reasonable size and pleasant with a view of the street. But not noisy. And we had a lift.
Cons: The lack of air con was not really a problem - we could open the window and let fresh cool air in at night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast French. spot on. some one on hand to help all the time. can walk to all locations from here .great many thanks for making it a great trip be back because more to see yet
Cons: three days to short a stay . need a week to enjoy versailles
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely family room, no air con but the lady gave us a back room which during the heatwave was quite cool. Two shower room and three sinks! Bathrooms were clean and towels changes daily as was bedding, which we weren't expexting. TV, cupboard space and comfy clean beds. Breakfast was a simple buffet and a little overpriced we felt but nice. Croissants weren't as fresh as we'd hoped especially as there is a boulangerie next door. Parking was easy and local under the cathedral just a 2 minute walk. Location was perfect being 10 minutes from Palace, and 2 mins from Rice Gauch train station for trains to Paris (however, do note that in summer trains don't run all along the river as they would normally so be prepared to walk into the main tourist areas - a good 20 mins. No one told us this at the station so for any who have difficulties walking, be warned).
Cons: Being picky, some paintwork could do with touching up, but generally very clean and comfortable, and would book again.
5.0 Okay
Pros: We enjoyed our short stay, for the price we payed it was fine and in a good location, close to the station
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The family spirit ans the easy way of solving problems
7.6 Good
Pros: Very nice small hotel with an ideal location (walking distance) to the palace and the rail station for quick trips to paris.
4.4 Okay
Pros: Its location in Versaillies
Cons: Telephone wire and connection exposed above bed indicated standards could be better.
5.2 Okay
Pros: As we expected comfortwise given the price but not that clean unfortunately
4.0 Okay
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Very small bathroom and shower. old not very well kept building.. Small corridors, stairs etc. No fridge / tee or coffee in the room.
5.6 Okay
Pros: Staff very helpful when we forgot something in our room. Convenient location. Value for money - we wanted a budget hotel in a good location and it delivers. Comfortable beds. Great shower.
Cons: Great shower but water went everywhere - no shower curtain!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are quite incredible and helpful. Props to every single one of them for their patience and willingness to assist with every single problem. The location is in a wonderfully quiet little area with quick access to some great restaurants and right by a bus stop.
Cons: My only recommendation would be to have a faster way of cooking eggs as when large groups of diners are present at breakfast, boiling eggs is quite unpractical.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly. The hotel offers the ideal breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: Not much.
Cons: This was the third Ibis Styles recently stayed in,so we had an expectation of its standard. This should NOT be in the group. The problem stems from the management which were not present or available during our stay(weekend). No restaurant on weekend? One only person covering reception, bar and restaurant on Friday and Saturday nights. Through no fault of her own she was swamped both nights resulting in the worst imaginable service. A request to see the manager was “she is at home” A horrific scene on Saturday morning which was definitely a managerial problem was left to the unfortunate receptionist to confront an out of control Chinese tour leader. Breakfast not up to normal standard. No bar snacks or food available. Am I being too critical-no;this place is not up to standard, should be dropped a star and hire a manager that can do the job.
7.5 Good
Pros: Position
Cons: Cappuccino could be better..
7.5 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. Check in and out was easy and the staff were very helpful with local information, bus times & routes, parking, etc.
Cons: No eggs on Saturday (as somebody had refreshed the water in the boiler and not plugged it back in properly), Sunday (the boiler was nowhere to be seen) or Monday (as we had to leave early to get to Calais). Some oriental guests blatantly ignoring the non smoking policy and smoking in public areas such as the lifts and public toilets. They weren’t hiding it so bit disappointed it wasn’t challenged by the staff.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: No socket in the bathroom. Team should ensure that smokers in front of the hotel are not too loud during night, as there are rooms directly above the hotel entry and guests like to sleep....
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean room. Location is close to Renault Technocentre, just 5 mins by walking.
Cons: There were no trash can in the room. The one in the bathroom is not enough...Breakfast was poor. It's expensive.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and the room are amazing, very clean and comfortable.
Cons: No fridge in the rooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It's very close to Tecno Center Renault and about 20min bus ride to Versailes.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the industrial sector and is perfect cost-wise for business stays. The only shortcoming was the breakfast which was terrible. There's a nice variety of restaurants in the area which was a good surprise.
Cons: The breakfast
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The location is good. But if you travel by car be careful, because the underground parking is 1,90 m highand is very tight.
Cons: In the last day of my stay, I couldn’t have breafast with my family because the food has been finished (at 8.00 a.m.). The explanation of the receptionist was that there was a problem of delivery and this is it, even though I have paid to have breakfast she told me it’s free and this the reason that the food was finished imedialtly (very unpolitely). This is a lack of respect for the tourist. The table for the breakfast and the zone for taking the breakfast were dirty. It was awfull.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, hotel located close to big supermarket.
Cons: Parking is located-2 level. Gates are narrow and turns are difficult for car like VW Passat. During breakfast choice of cheese is very small, there is plenty of people and food disappears very quickly, but there is not enough staff to fill up missing food immediately. Better is eat breakfast at 08:30.
8.3 Excellent

Cons: Vegetable not available in breakfast
7.0 Good
Pros: The cleanness of the room

5.8 Okay
Pros: an old cloisters transformed into a Hotel - could be a winner. free parking. close to RER station. friendly staff.
Cons: rooms are small and a bit dingy, ours was not really clean. breakfast so-so, coffee was not good. the house as such is nice but its interior ambiance is really more that of a hostel. overall, it would be OK if they wouldn't charge as much - but for €140 the night, I'd really expect better. Even in a Paris suburb.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The lady said she cannot help us when i asked for a possibility to print, she said she was too busy.

Cons: The receptionist was very friendly but she didn't speak English. Please teach her English she is great with another language she will be even better staff. But she was quick using Google tranlator and evrything was OK.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Dirty toilets and no shower gel available.....

Cons: Towels are much too small Eating options are overpriced for the location, because you must purchase from a machine that includes delivery fees
5.5 Okay
Pros: Only the location. Very near the airport.
Cons: The booking reference was not found by match the automated reception system (2 numbers short). The audio assistance was terrible. Only spoke french (not even english!!!!), and even hang up during the calls. More than an hour (by midnight) to get into the room. Humiliating, disturbing situation.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Over price..!! Not worth it stay there for €255..!!
7.0 Good
Pros: Convenient to the airport. Shuttle service was a full size bus. Comfortable beds.
Cons: Upon checking out, I told the person at the front desk we had three breakfasts. He did not give me a receipt and said it would be e-mailed. As I expected, we were charged for four breakfasts and now we are back in the United States. I tried e-mailing the hotel with no response.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Many promises that was not there. Slippers? Bathrobe? None. The coffe table at the reception area was not even free. I almost got embarrassed when I try to have some coffe while waiting for the bus, and the reception told me I HAVE TO PAY. tell U what put a note conspicuously. This is not free.
6.3 Good
Pros: the room
Cons: No staff around I has a chicken salad and it was horrible , wine was very over priced
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really friendly and the check in was smooth. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We stayed in a superior room with espresso machine and soft drinks in the minibar. It was great.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The buffet breakfast although expensive was very good. The staff were helpful.
Cons: First room not as described, the advert and description state it was renovated which it was not, was shabby with broken doors, damaged finishes and a grotty bathroom. When moved to another room this was better but still not great, beds were not comfortable at all (and on castors so constantly moved about!), bathroom had no towel radiator so was cold and had nowhere to dry towels, there were no hooks for clothes and the towels were small, shower had no thermstatic control so temperature varied whenever another room used their bathroom. The room was also not very clean and the light hanging over the chair was too low, when sitting you would hit your head and then the dust would fall down - all in all not very 4 star or Mercure! Save money and stay in the Ibis - cheaper and the same (or better) rooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The unexpected quality of the restaurant
Cons: Clearly there were insufficient staff to service the restaurant. The underground car park was hard to find.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: You can’t open windows- food quality is for the rather high price really bad

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Fitness, breakfast
Cons: The sink was 90% clogged, the cleaning staff did not take any measures during 4 days
9.3 Excellent
Pros: For one night our way to returning our rental car in downtown Paris, this place worked fine.
Cons: There was little in the way of food within walking distance and driving to restaurants was challenging due to the hotel’s location.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location was good for our trip to Versailles. The bus which stopped 100m away from the hotel went directly to the Palace of Versailles and was much easier than taking the car.
Cons: The air conditioning was broken necessitating opening the window but the smell from the bins outside was awful and all the smokers stood in the entrance directly under our window. We spent a lot of time trying to adjust the air con during the night, to be told the next day that the staff were aware of the problem and it would be fixed that day, but it wasn't. The bulb in the bedside light was missing but the technician wasn't available so it couldn't be replaced!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very professional and kind. Always smiling. The room was non smoking, so doesn't smell bad. Not very far from train station and supermarkets (15 min in average by foot)
Cons: Bathroom cleanliness. Not cleaned correctly, and the small trash in the room also was smelling very bad.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: That the children had their own room so the adults could watch tv x
Cons: The view of the building opposite x
5.5 Okay
Pros: Friendly and helpfull staff. Alas they forgot to warn us for the Chinese group.
Cons: Climatisation not working while T° >27°. It is in the hands of an external firm who will start it at the end (!) of june. Incomplete breakfast (no eggs, bacon, ...) due to a Chinese group plundering the buffet and blocking the only coffee machine for an hour. We were not told to wait till after the group would leave to have breakfast when we paid for it at check-in. We needed to leave early so in that case we would not have ordered breakfast. Refund of the breakfast would have been appropriate and appreciated.

Pros: breakfast was disappointing as the croissants and eggs had all gone when we got down. Coffee was good and so were the juices. Adequate fresh bread as you would expect in France, decent cheese but poor quality jams in sachets and hams/salamis were not that tasty. Bed was good. bath and shower were fine. And position faultless, couldn't be closer to the Palace.
Cons: Staff at breakfast were not that helpful, shrugged that we should have been down earlier?
7.5 Good
Cons: When I was taken into hospital my Wife asked to keep our room longer. She was told that was not possible as they were fully booked. Fair enough, but after helping us with ambulance etc I feel they should have made some effort to help my wife find another hotel.

Pros: Nice comfy and great location

Pros: Fantastic location directly opposite the Palace of Versailles, parking outside if available (pay machine) or opposite in the car park. We had a lovely view of the palace from our window. Cons: There is no air conditioning
9.3 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we arrived we were made welcome by excellent reception staff. They were very helpful in terms of transport and local restaurants both of which were excellent from this location. the bedrooms are a little dated but nevertheless very comfortable and with all facilities you need. there is no air-con in the room we left window open and that was fine. Breakfast is fabulous - never tasted such delicious oranges. Did not have any other meals there but saw that it was well used at lunchtime. Very pretty area. Word of warning for those with physical limitations there are some very steep steps in the area. Excellent value for money.
Cons: Bedrooms may get stuffy in high summer although humidifier provided in the room
7.0 Good
Pros: Big room, much larger than the usual size in Paris. Connfortable bed, nice view from the balcony or the windows, with a park in the back. Free parking which is so rare in Paris, especially for a 3 star hotel. You have a button to ring for entering the parking and to go out during the night. Easy acces to bus station-for the road to Roland Garros.
Cons: No fridge which is a requirement for a 3 star hotel Broken light in the toilet(not bathroom) which is quite unpleasant giving the small place of toilets in french hotels. Normal keys, not badges to enter the room.

Pros: Very good breakfast Friendly staff The hotel even sent back some items we had forgotten after checkout. This was very nice of them.
Cons: Access to parking .
7.5 Good
Cons: The buffet breakfast cost €18.90, which is very expensive for a very basic breakfast in a fairly basic hotel in the Paris suburbs. That's what you'd expect to pay for a two- or three-course meal with wine!
7.0 Good
Pros: Fine hotel for a one night stay. Nice breakfast and breakfast area. Comfortable bed.
Cons: The menu showed a larger selection than actually available for room service, which was a selection between 2 menus only. The room was very warm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed and room @ higher floor
Cons: Breakfast could present more choices
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent all around. Clean, friendly staff and good location near the train station. I used to live in this town, Montigny le Bretonneux, so I know the location very well. My only complaint is that the lights outside were not bright enough when it gets dark out. The train station can be a dangerous area at any time of day, but I felt uncomfortable entering the hotel at night with so little light.
Cons: The outside lighting was much too dim at the hotel. This is a typical French problem as the authorities want public places to be as little lighted as possible, but the hotel should be lit up twice what it is. There is very little light at the station where some shady characters hang out so it is an important issue.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice and clean. Good breakfast
Cons: Hotel's restaurant not open on Sundays. (but nice Indian restaurant within a 3 minutes walk)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast offer was good although gluten free bread was absent and milk was off and replaced on request. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: As ever air conditioning never felt that fresh and room was stuffy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, parking place and comfort was high standards
Cons: No applicable
5.5 Okay
Pros: I have to admit that after we complain about not having internet for a day and the manager gave us a discount in the rate of that day when doing the check out. The manager wasn't at the hotel when the problem occured and the stuff was absolutely helpless and kind of rude. Not what you expect at a 4 stars hotel.
Cons: Rooms are super small. Stuff is not willing to help much when needed. Breakfast room was totally unattended. Tables with empty dishes and you had to help yourself to clean up the table.

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: No lift, so we had to carry our bags 2 flights of stairs. Our room was on the too floor, so no windows, just a skylight.
6.8 Good
Cons: Terrible Wi-Fi
7.5 Good
Pros: nice location and well located for me. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: The air conditioning didn't worked and we have had 28°C.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was clean and well furnished, comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good, but delivery of plated up food very hit and miss over about 10 minutes for main courses. Chef was very helpful to make a vegetarian option (omelette). AC was nice and quiet.
Cons: Hotel very difficult to find on Sat nav. Reception/bar staff appeared to have very limited knowledge of drinks not in their list, particularly commonly popular drinks, s7ch as Gin and Tonic, or Whisky and soda, we have up in the end even after using the French descriptions. They thought tonic or soda water was d'eau avec gaz. No local map for Versailles available only Paris. Staff were having a brief meeting in the restaurant when were looking to order a drink. Refitting was in progress in our corridor and some of the rooms near ours.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location and the 24/7 entree.
Cons: Rooms are small
6.3 Good
Cons: Toilet had not been flushed from previous guest.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Rooms were small. I think picnic benches outside would be a good idea for people to eat when the restaurant is closed
7.5 Good

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet location and hotel. Reception was very helpful.

5.7 Okay
Pros: Nice atmosphir
6.7 Good
Pros: Close to Versaille and Paris
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean and good after hours service.
Cons: The toilet extraction fan does not seem to work very well.
4.8 Okay
Pros: The room and bath were clean and in nice condition. The hotel has free wireless internet, which we find very useful.
Cons: We arrived at the hotel about 17:00, on July 13th. The door was locked, and there was no one at the reception desk. A page on the door showed our name, as a new arrival, and indicated the room number where we would be staying, but we could not enter through the locked door. A message said to call the hotel phone number, but we had no phone to call from. Another hotel guest eventually let us in, and told us the combination to the electronic lock on the hotel door. Our key was in the door to our room. The next morning, a receptionist was at the hotel desk.
4.8 Okay
Pros: With the smoking ban now extended to France the opening onto the hotel grounds was a boon.
Cons: In the bathroom the shower head was fitted about 2 metres off the bath floor. Ok for people of restricted growth but not very appropriate for average height people.
5.2 Okay
Pros: Convenient for visiting Paris and Versailles
Cons: Although it was relatively out of the way, it was not quiet during the night as it's in the middle of an industrial estate. Also a coach party arrived around 11:30pm and the coach sat with its engine running for about 20minutes. The shower didn't work as the pipe was full of holes.
7.6 Good
Pros: Hotel very clean and quiet. Hotel staff nice
Cons:

6.3 Good
Pros: Nice pool & outdoor area.
Cons: Bathroom was so tiny it was difficult to manoeuvre around the door to close it. Room was very small and the furnishings seemed tired & in need of refreshing.

Cons: Location, internet facility. room heating was not adequate.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: lovely Pool. Lounge area super. Mixed fruit water at entrance. Lovely bar. Close to Paris. Excellent staff with multiple language possibilities. Rooms kept very clean
Cons: Rooms a little on the small side with little storage space. Bathroom was a one person bathroom only. Very small. But we weren’t there for the rooms. Limited menu and no pool snacks possible. But the food that was available was very well prepared
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful and kind. Good location if you travel by car, free parking on spot. The travel to Paris main attractions takes about 40 minutes of driving and 10-15 minutes to Versailles.
Cons: The rooms were not very big, but I don't see it as a problem considering the price range.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room had. Everything. And the restaurant, though basic, was good.
5.8 Okay

Cons: Cleaning staff unorganized. Place needs good management. Unheated pool.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Pillows were to hard.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Being over charged by booking/com and the property.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great little spot just out of Versailles. The pool was perfect on the hottest day of the year and facilities at the hotel were great. Bus into Versailles is just round the corner from the Hotel and not far if you don't have a car.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit on the thin side, there wasn't much out when we went down (around 9.00am), there were no clean tables and it took a while to find a member of staff for us to get cutlery.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location for what we wanted, great bus service outside hotel
Cons: Very quiet hotel nothing going on, even restaurant in the evening really quiet!, we went into the little village to eat and drink every night.
