Pros: We were very well catered for for breakfast (vegan options), the staff were extremely polite and friendly, the pillows were divine and we slept so well! Cleanliness was superb! I chose this hotel because the price was very reasonable and it has a sauna. Pleasantly surprised to see there was a fitness room and a steam room too!

Pros: The staff was great and accommodated every request. From museums to transfers to restaurant gems. When a bag was left behind by accident, they quickly got it to us. The hotel restaurant was very good on a night when we didn’t want to venture out. This place is beautiful and our rooms were something you’d see in a magazine. The location is a little far away from the main shopping area and the museums we were interested in going to. On a warm night, it is not an issue though in December, it was a long walk. Even so, I would return in cold weather and just bring extra winter gear.

Cons: They made one error in simply not confirming back to me that they had accepted my dinner reservation. Only issue and seems to have been a genuine error as they booked my requested table for 6, but as I had no response, I did not extend the invitation to my intended guests. Instead however I enjoyed a fabulous meal with impeccable service with my wife, which was the best company of all. The hotel simply missed out on 4 additional diners.

Cons: Had a slight incident where someone in the room next to us appeared to have their own burly security who were not very pleasant and a little unnerving. However as we expressed our concerns the manager moved our room which was great.

Our waiter in the Ribella for dinner was fantastic and happy to recommend some fantastic food and drinks, unfortunately did not get his name. The communal toilet facilities were very clean and nice! The rooftop bar was very busy but again, the staff were quick to help to ensure we were not waiting too long for our drinks or even queuing at the bar! The rooms were quirky and there were a lot of small touches which made it nicer. Cleaning was always done brilliantly and room was pristine very time we came back from our day out. Location of the hotel is also brilliant! There were always bikes or electric scooters directly outside available to rent. And the underground was only a 2 minute walk which made it easy to get to the nearby places of interest and the airport. Upon check out the staff were happy to store our bags. All in all a great hotel to stay at and would highly recommend.

Pros: It was a great experience staying in 25hours hotel. First of all, the hotel team. Everyone working in the hotel and especially at the reception, was kind and helpful, providing us with necessary information about restaurants and sightseeing. It is a uniquely decorated hotel with youthful and fresh attitude. Our room had also nice view to the city and a large window to enjoy it. Breakfast was nice with a satisfying variety of food and of good quality. Location is very good, in a walking distance from major attractions and in a safe neighborhood, with several restaurants and cafes around. When choosing this hotel, we surpassed our initial budget for this trip, but we haven't regret this at all! We will definitely choose it again.

Cons: The only minor thing that would have made the stay better was to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. This is a small thing I enjoy in having a coffee and relaxing in the room when getting ready in the morning before my day starts, unfortunately could not do this although coffee was available downstairs so just a minor detail.

No wonder there’s a fly wandering in the room because they’re not cleaned thoroughly. And they don’t replenish the coffee bar automatically, I have to call twice. Cons: The biggest downside was the the room itself did not actually smell particularly fresh or clean. It wasn't bad enough to complain, but it definitely didn't have a feeling of being spotless.
They also charge a ridiculous 17€ per person for breakfast . I'm fine with paying for good food, but when you're in a city like Vienna, you can get incredible breakfasts at local cafes for less than half that price. We almost wondered if it was intentionally high to discourage people from eating there!

Cons: It was too hot! Weather was mild outside but heating was on full blast. Air conditioning not on so struggled to sleep first night. Maintenance man showed us how to open windows fully next morning so had a much cooler sleep the second night.

Cons: I would rate it 4*. As a genius member I was allowed for free upgrade but I got a small room! A big section/part of the breakfast room was closed. So the tables were too close to each other and very crowded. I didn't like the Breakfast buffet set up, it was placed in the most lightful angle. Instead I would suggest to make a space & place the tables in all lighted spots or move the breakfast to the huge, nice section, high ceiling, near the bar at the Ground Floor..

Pros: This is a comfortable and agreeable hotel with good facilities in a very central location close to all amenities, the historic centre and good public transport links. It is usually good value for money and services are of a high standard. I have stayed here on a number of occasions and dined or attended meetings during other visits to Vienna.
Cons: The wifi in this hotel is as bad as in so many other Vienna hotels. Free wifi is available, but requires a 12 digit/letter code and a separate code for phone, tablet, laptop etc. It only lasts twenty four hours so on a three day trip with three devices you are coding nine times. The signal has an annoying habit of cutting out. This is not a major complaint, but it should also not be a major issue for the hotel to resolve. Even in Vienna there are hotels which can offer simple, strong continuous wifi for multiple devices.

Cons: I found the hotel looking for somethig with a parking space and an electric car charging station. Well, they have no parking space (you can use a public parking garage for €30/day(!)) and they don't have a car charging station either. This was rather disappointing and should not be listed on the hotel's info page.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a bar in the hotel, although I did know this before I booked, so not a complaint, just a personal observation. It is possible to buy drinks and snacks from the reception area to take back to your room.

Cons: The heating system was a bit weird. we stayed at the top floor at the beginning of February and it was super hot. Had to leave all the windows open. Since we stayed only for one night did not complain. But despite that we will definitely come back to the hotel next time we visit Vienna.

Once arrived at the hotel we got a room that was very old, maybe never renovated and looked very dirty. once asked at the reception, they told us that the pictures we saw are from their suites. We paid more in order to get an upgrade to these rooms. I wouldnt stay there for their normal rooms but their suites are perfect.

Cons: The bathroom door is weird with a huge window on it, so prepare to forget any privacy. Also windows were facing the rooms of the neighboring buildings, but the curtains do the trick so that's not too much of an issue. The elevator is a bit small if you have big luggage.

Cons: The walls were paper thin leading to a disturbed nights sleep every night. Conversations, the tv, people sneezing etc could easily be heard in adjacent rooms. The room was clean however the flooring needed replacing as it was uneven and a trip hazard and the room I was in (113) had some material stuck above the door, obviously hiding something.

Cons: One of the receptionists argued that there is no bus to the airport at such early time (we had to check out at around 4 a.m) and instead wanted to call us a cab at fixed rate of 40eu, which is more than strange considering that the hotel is situated 8 mins away on foot from the West bus station and there is an airport bus line (VAL1 vienna airport line1) running every 30 mins from 4.am. till 12 p.m. Probably he was trying to sell us the cab option.
