Pros:
Cons: Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Rooms where not on same floor. Some rooms where not ready until after 9pm on arrival date. Bar staff miserable on 1st floor and reception staff also unfriendly Card also never worked for the lift....
4.2 Okay
Pros: Some staff were excellent, in the bar, the guy who checked us in, the people who brought us room service. The location was perfect and the spa was great
Cons: Recently stayed here for 2 nights for our minimoon and trip started so well. The guy checking us in was very friendly and had a bottle of champagne waiting in our room but it went down hill from there. They forgot to bring up our bags, not a big deal. Then when we went to use the shower we noticed the drain was blocked and water leaked out all over bathroom floor. Had to speak to 3 different people to try get this fixed and not one of them apologised for the inconvenience. Before the 4th person came to fix the issue we went out for dinner cause this had already wasted so much of our evening. When we came back the drain was unblocked but the bathroom and shower was covered in mucky shoe prints. After housekeeping had been the next day there was still mucking shoe prints in the shower, just goes to show how well they clean the place. The mattresses are as old as the furniture, all lumpy and sagging in the middle. Had 2 terrible nights sleep. Ordered room service on the 2nd evening and it was awful, the cheapest frozen pizza they could find but charge you €30 + for it. The air con was faulty, no matter what temp it was set to the room was cold. When it did eventually heat up it got too warm but if you turned it down at all, it would be freezing again. They only give free WiFi for 24 hours then it's €10. Everywhere has free WiFi nowadays. For a 5 star hotel and the price your paying i expected so much more, the issues we had weren't even that big its just how they were dealt with that bothered me. It really took away from our stay in this beautiful city.

Pros: Great location, good breakfast.
Cons: The mattress in our room was old, tired and sagged in the middle, much like the rest of this hotel it was well past its best. Its glory days are behind it. In need of a revamp.

5.4 Okay
Pros: The second room after complaining was lovely
Cons: I think sometimes when you book on booking.com there is a sense of being a second class citizen. The first room given was appalling. We literally had to drag the manager to look at it who agreed the bed sheet hadn’t been washed in months! There was mould on the bed. Whether they’d had water damage I don’t know but this room had been clearly not been used in a long time.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Superb location. Concierge helped us get tickets to see sold out Bruegel expo. Everything about this hotel is 5 stars
Cons:
6.5 Good
Pros: Rooms are fairly large for European standards and the location is great. The bed is fairly good and the bathroom game is strong.
Cons: Found the overall staff service to be lacking. Concierge typically jumps at opportunity to provide service/advice but not here. For the most part, the hotel bars and restaurants are over-hyped and completely over-priced with much better alternatives just a few steps away (both quality and price). Smell of stale smoke hits you just as you enter the building - thanks to a smoking lounge conveniently located on the second level. Hotel wifi is a total joke and not to be relied upon. Hotel includes restricted wifi with your room rate and asks ridiculous payment for slight improvement. In my experience even budget accommodations provide this service infinitely better. Overall, this is a stuffy hotel situated for the stuffy traveler. Sounds of enjoyment or laughter are non-existent in common areas, which speaks volumes. Call yourself luxury, and pay for memberships in luxury hotel associations all you want - it doesn't make it so.

Pros: Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful when asked. Real milk available from the bar for coffee in the room. Room was comfortable with nice decor.
Cons: Didn't like being woken up at 5:30am or 6:00am by refrigerated delivery lorry which parked directly under our window - we were on the first floor - and it was there for an hour. 30 Euros for breakfast! Room was a bit cold (it is December) but heating goes off when you leave the room.

Pros: The room was nice and the bed huge. They let you choose your size of pillow. Location is perfect.

Cons:
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bedroom was comfortable and the staff were extremely apologetic and helpful about the problems and there were problems.
Cons: On arriving we were shocked by the dreadful seasonal decorations, cheap christmas trees with awful LED lights, all different lights (this was not an intentional look - it was cobbling together old decorations) warm lights, blue white lights and pink lights with tacky purple velvet animals. Really you could do better. As a designer I would love the chance to speak to whoever thought this looked good. It looks like a cheap hotel/motel. Your group needs to get more help with decorations, we were shocked how awful and sad the entrance and surrounding areas look. I am happy to send you some photos as evidence to back up our complaints. They do not need to be very "christmassy" as I appreciate not all your customers celebrate but they could be topical for the city your hotel is in and how anyone thinks that animals from the tropics/Africa and purple at all appropriate I am not sure. And at least buy christmas trees with all the same lights, you can see from the photos some looked white and others didn't The door handle to bathroom fell off in our hand, we were told not to worry as there is a phone in the bathroom so that if we got lock in we could call but help but then we established the phone did not work. Both were repaired during our visit. The bedside lamp was broken, this was repaired during our visit The light control was not working and once the lights were off in order to turn them on we had to go to the door We had to queue for over 5 minutes to get into breakfast despite tables being free. Coffee took over 10 minutes. There was definitely shortage of staff in the breakfast room and as when we left the queues were much longer, over 12 people waiting Saturday morning and they must have waited for 10 minutes with young children too However I would say your staff are helpful and doing their best.

Pros: ALL WAS EXCELLENT.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to the city's mais attarctions. Great breakfast with super service. Staff was great! Spa was great. Massage was one of the best I got in my life at a hotel!
Cons: The style of the hotel is not nice, kind of old style... Needs an update asap in the design of the room, lobby etc. Is not at the same level of other Ritzs that I know.

The 25hours Hotel at MuseumsQuartier plays with the dreams and sensations associated with the world of the circus. From the museum district to the Prater, the Opera Ball, the Life Ball and the city's many music venues, Vienna has always been synonymous with sensations and shows. The hotel symbolises the tradition-steeped institution that is the circus. It is surreal, surprising and sexy; a place that plays with fantasies and the exotic. The lines between imagination, reality, space and time are blurred.

Cons: Rooms are very simple and small, but what do you care if there is so much to see in Vienna. They are clean and got everything u may need or want.
I got this hotel for the own bar and the decent number of rooms thinking that as a solo traveler it will be a great way to meet new people. Low in behold - the bartender is very nice and knowlegeble, speaks great english ( even though i know german), but the bar itself is dead. There are barely 6-8 guests at a time, you wont be meeting anyone there. it is slightly cheaper, than bars on kentner strasse, so I would stop buy and have a drink before heading out.
I had early tours every morning, never quite figured out if they provided breakfast, it certainly was NOT available in the bar, as the hotel papers claimed.

A shuttle from the airport to the hotel is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Celebrating tradition at the Grand Ferdinand is about moving forward, not looking back. Free of forced flashbacks. With an openness to continuing times past. We haven't set out to redefine the restaurant and hotel business. What interests us is tradition. We want to recapture eras in Vienna in which nothing was more meaningful than embodying what was good. Setting the stage: Lobmeyr chandeliers, Viennese silverware, the best French champagne, and at the centre of it all, grand Viennese cuisine.

Pros: The decor of the hotel and its rooms was fresh, modern but with a subtle nod to the heritage of Vienna. My room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is in easy walking distance of many of the main attractions. Its 3 restaurants give guests choices - the rooftop restaurant has stunning views over the city.

The hotel is in easy walking distance of many of the main attractions. Its 3 restaurants give guests choices - the rooftop restaurant has stunning views over the city.
Cons: A bedroom with an open plan bathroom may be fine for couples, but maybe not if you plan to share with another adult. I needed to book a second room for my daughter.

Pros: Great location and staff very friendly
Cons: Nothing it was perfect
7.5 Good
Pros: The decoration is great, the rooftop is perfect to have a nice drink and the location of the hotel could not be better.
Cons: For a hotel of this standard we found the staff was not carefull for its customers. People got in our room when we were in it not once but FOUR times. not really intimate... When we told reception just a small "sorry" and no gesture. At this price , this is hardly acceptable An other thing : at breakfast we had to stand and go take our cutleries by ourselves...5stars hotel ?
6.8 Good
Pros: Nice rooftop restaurant with a good view of the city, and the staff is polite and attentive to your needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Cons: They do not have a dedicated concierge, and front desk staff was poorly trained and equipped to provide the customer service you would expect of a concierge. In the concierge capacity, they are neither proactive to support their guests, nor do they have the knowledge or experience to meet the needs of their guests Also, the window shutters in the rooms do not effectively block out light when you are trying to sleep.

The Radisson Blu Style Hotel Vienna is located in the heart of Vienna at Herrengasse 12 in the 1st district of Vienna. It was the first designer boutique hotel to open in the City center in Vienna. The building dates back to 1914 when it was built by the architect Franz Krasny a student of Otto Wagner. In the late 20th century the building was a bank which can still be seen when you visit our fitness sauna area as the safedoors are still built in. In 2004 the interior of the building was renovated. This building is listed on the historical register of the City of Vienna. In 2005 the Style Hotel Vienna opened its doors for the first guests. 2015-2018 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence winner

Pros: Location is good, BUT, this was my worst hotel experience in my life, during the winter they shut down the air conditioning and my room was so hot I couldn't sleep, my wife and my baby also had sleeping problems, I went at 3 AM and 5 AM to find help from the staff and they offered me a ventilator, want kind of crappy hotel offers you a ventilator. Worst of all on first day of the stay we told them and they "send someone to fix it" but it was a complete lie, since they knew they shut down air conditioning during winter.

It is usually good value for money and services are of a high standard. I have stayed here on a number of occasions and dined or attended meetings during other visits to Vienna.
Cons: The wifi in this hotel is as bad as in so many other Vienna hotels. Free wifi is available, but requires a 12 digit/letter code and a separate code for phone, tablet, laptop etc. It only lasts twenty four hours so on a three day trip with three devices you are coding nine times. The signal has an annoying habit of cutting out. This is not a major complaint, but it should also not be a major issue for the hotel to resolve. Even in Vienna there are hotels which can offer simple, strong continuous wifi for multiple devices.

Cons: Housekeeping was bad. One day..in a deluxe room ..I came back in the evening after being our the whole day to just the towels being changed and the bath cleaned . The room was not vacuumed nor were the bedsheets changed or cleared. There were debris still on the floor as i haf left it and some food crumbs on the bedsheets. When i complained to reception and asked them to send the housekeeper to check the next day..nobody from housekeeping came to check. This kind of housekeeping is totally not acceptable.

Pros: Locations couldn’t be better
Cons: Very old, very simple , very basic. I booked for 1 person and they removed the pillows and blankets from the second bed

Pros: Just off pedestrian only area. Multitude of restaurants, cafes & shops, including grocery & apothecary. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Steps from Underground. Despite being in a busy area and close by churches with bells regularly, we heard nothing while in our room. For the most part, the staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel even provides a "lunch box" (sandwich, fruit & water) if leaving prior to breakfast.
Cons: Restaurants are expensive, and menus were not that appealing to us. We did hope to have an after dinner drink or dessert at the rooftop terrace one. The night we tried to do so, half the restaurant and the bar were closed for a private party. Disappointing.
There is no coffee available prior to 7 a.m., nor were we able to find anywhere near by where we could get some prior to an early departure for a tour. Seems the best option is to get a coffee drink from the refrigerated section of the grocery across the street ahead of time.

With a stay at Hotel Royal, you'll be centrally located in Vienna, steps from St. Stephen's Cathedral and within a 5-minute walk of Plague Column. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
The NH Wien City hotel is set in a perfect location on Mariahilferstrasse and puts guests within easy reach of excellent shopping selections and points of interest. The Leopold Museum and Museum of Natural History are less than a kilometer away and Vienna’s historical city center is only a 10-minute walk. The Neubaugasse metro station is conveniently situated in front of the hotel. Each of our 105 spacious rooms offer modern conveniences. Free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, and coffee and tea-making facilities come as standard in every room. For those looking for even greater comfort, we offer an Apartment Suite which has a separate sitting area and kitchenette complete with Nespresso machine. In the mornings, guests are welcome to enjoy a healthy breakfast buffet. For early risers, we offer an early bird breakfast option. Our open bar supplies light refreshments 24 hours a day, every day. Given the numerous local restaurants, we will gladly recommend high-quality dining options for lunch and dinner. Our compact gym, sauna and relaxation area are additional amenities that our guests can enjoy. To further enhance your stay, an 8 seater airport shuttle is available and our 24-hour front desk is ready to provide additional amenities upon request.

Pros: * Large, spacious, comfortable room. * Friendly staff. * Nice breakfast selection. * Great location in the heart of Vienna. * Easy access to both the underground and the buses.
Cons: * The WiFi was very weak and moody. Required quite a few restarts to get it working if at all. * They should get rid of the mold in the bathroom. * While the shower is great, they should provide a manual to switching it on. It was rather tricky:-)
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff is good and cooperative. Also location is good.
Cons: No restaurant in the property. In order to have food, you have to go out every time. It is very difficult to find food outside especially in winter time as entire market gets close by 7pm. Also room size is very small. Doesn’t like to stay in this hotel anymore.

Cons: - no minibar; - quite crowded breakfast room particularly during the week or during some peak hours when its staff is clearly overcomed so you might encounter sometimes lots of empty plates; - pay attention when booking taxis from the reception and would like to pay by credit card since you might get the surprise of a payment request only in cash despite of all the hotel staff initial assurances.
