Central location, helpful staff, spacious room.
Nice hotel in great, central location. A little dated though. We were surprised though that the room we booked as "Executive Double Room" (room 146) consisted of two single beds on wheels in front of a double headboard. We nearly fell out of bed, or in between beds, when turning over in the night, so did not really have the best night's sleep.
Nice and clean and nice view. Perfect location.
My room neighbor had the TV very loud until after midnight so I couldn’t sleep.
booking .com quotation was deliberately misleading. It clearly stated VAT included. The hotel charged VAT additional to booking.com original quotation. I will not use booking.com in the future
Our room had badly ripped curtains, doors were scratched , the Hotel needed a facelift it is looking very tired , so we thought it was overpriced
Breakfast was ok - staff weloming.
Parking at the hotel was a nightmare... unable to check in at 1pm despite requesting an early check in. Finally checked in to room at 10pm after a wedding. Room was overheated, quite uncomfortably so and it wasn't possible to open the windows sufficiently to get any kind of through draft. Ended up having a cold shower at 2am in an effort to get some sleep
