Very friendly and personable service. Pickup at PSP was a tiny bit confusing - they directed us to go to a flagpole but the location wasn’t obvious. Other than that, the staff was amazing and attentive. At drop off, the shuttle was already out. So rather than having us wait, they decided to just drive us in the car we were driving of.
