Cons:We felt like we were forced into paying for insurance and that this was a hidden fee that made the rental not nearly the deal that we thought it was when we booked online. Staff were helpful and pleasant and the car was fine, but we felt a little bit like we had been taken advantage of.Reviewed 8 May 2017
