I didn’t have a very good experience with Ace. They cars Are very old and apparently are being used for personal vehicles by one of the employees. I brought my vehicle back, gassed up and timely on Thursday, June 13. This is the morning of Friday, June 14. I still don’t have the rental agreement and I still don’t have my $400 deposit back. Which is causing me to miss my flight this morning to Washington DC, that $400 was a part of my expense account and as a result of not having it back, (because they did not process the paperwork timely) I’m in trouble with my job. Needless to say, I’m not very happy with Ace car rental.😩Reviewed 14 Jun 2024

We are very desappointed because we did not pay the price we booked (about +50%) because there were lots of additionnal charges like the mandotory assurance (we didn’t know we needed to proove that we had a personnal assurance, if so, we should asked a proof to our insurrance to avoid the additionnal charges), a deposit of 2000$ and we were charged because we paid it by card, the car was old with lots of miles and they told us we were not allowed to drive 200miles away from New Orleans. Hopefully our trip was next New Orleans, but if you want to make a road trip it’s a problem. The last, but not least you can read on the door office that the price can change depending on the customer ! I really don’t recommand this Rental.Reviewed 24 May 2024
