Cons: Not a thing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful historic building, nicely restored
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The brunch in the ballroom was wonderful!!
Cons: The valet seemed annoyed anytime we needed my car (valet wasnt cheap and swlf parkingfor 15 was not offered). They wrote on my key tag the word dirty. We had spent five hours in the car getting to Spokane and when we arrived at the hotel we have no time to remove Starbucks cups and wrappers.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: What a beautiful hotel! We loved our stay. The history all around the hotel was fun to learn about.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This is a very nice hotel. It has been well preserved. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. For being right in town it was quite even with two wedding celebrations going on at the same time. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but everything else was great. The outdoor roof deck was fantastic!
Cons: The beds.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice historic hotel .
Cons: Cold reception staff, she didn’t bother to explain the facilities of the hotel or restaurants . Not even where are the elevators are !!! Just handed the keys and you are done!!! Most of the staff are not friendly. The bed was very soft and not comfortable at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous
Cons: Oddly, the mattresses they are known for were too soft
10.0 Excellent
Cons: We loved the historical pictures and stories that were told through out the hotel. It was like going back in time. Magical

Pros: Historical significance & museum quality photos & displays inside. Location, location, location! Signature hot fudge sundae w/ homemade soft peanut brittle shell (be sure to share—it’s huge & very rich)!
Cons: Not enough time spent there!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Crab Omelet is delicious and we love the hotel restaurant's food! We will back again in the future!
6.3 Good
Pros: The location is great and the hotel itself was spectacular.
Cons: Downtown Spokane has a large homeless population that makes walking the streets alone uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food and amenities were very nice, I particularly liked hanging out on the terrace.
Cons: For the money it would have been nice if they offered a continental breakfast for guests. Also the microwave in our room did not work so we could not heat up leftovers from the night before. The pillows are way to small, we needed eight just to able to sleep without a kink in our neck.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great! Hotel is nice and romantic. Really like it.
Cons: For the money I paid and two nights stay, I would expect cleaning lady make a bed and change bath towels. Refresh coffee maker and water. Just a plain room service.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, clean, pleasant staff
Cons: On the walk to our room we could smell heavy cigarette smoke near the housekeeping area. Unsure if there are smoking rooms on that floor or is break room but it was very noticeable and undesirable to pass through
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is a lovely boutique hotel. Quiet. We were on the fifth floor that is a small floor and felt very private. The location of the hotel is right in the center of town close to everything you could need. The staff is excellent. The beds and bed linens were fabulous. I did not want to get up. The hotel provided us with a shuttle to the First Interstate Bank Center for the Broadway show. There is valet parking for slightly mire than self parking. Totally worth it. There is a nice restaurant attached to the hotel with full bar. We had drinks and fried pickles one night and an excellent breakfast another day. You are right across the street from the Historical Davenport Hotel with three very good restaurants. We were in Spokane celebrating birthdays and the hotel put a lovely gift of their special peanut brittle in our room with a Happy Birthday wish. Very thoughtful and appreciated. We will be back.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place but room fan was on all the time which made it difficult to sleep
Cons: Room fan on all the time
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Room size was great. Location was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was very quiet, and the bed extremely comfortable. As always, the hotel front desk staff was friendly and professional. Check in was quick and easy.
Cons: We were planning to have dinner at the Pub connected to the hotel, but our waiter was obnoxious and abrasive. Ordered one drink, which felt like a waste of money, as we couldn't wait to pay and leave. I realize we all have bad days, but this man was very unwelcoming from the moment he stepped up to our table. At least give your customer a chance. We are actually rather friendly people. We won't even consider visiting the pub again because of how he treated us. Too many other places to explore and spend our money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk and valet were exceptional. The room was comfortable and very clean. I love it and would most certainly stay again!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love this hotel. Staff is wonderful. Location is perfect.

Pros: Bed was amazing Loved deep soaking tub Relaxing experience
Cons: Not a negative, but no grab bars by the beautiful soaking tub. My height is the problem. 5 footer lol
8.3 Excellent
Cons: I have always thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Lusso, however, it seemed a little "tired" "not at the top of its game" as in the past; a little disappointed.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Aircondition too noisy.

Cons: pillows too soft no matter how many you pile up.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location is fantastic!! You can walk anywhere from there.
Cons: My room was not mad 2 consecutive days, even after me calling the front desk to send housekeeping 2 evenings. The valet personnel was not efficient, did not explain I needed to get a card for self-park, didn't know the restaurant hours, etc.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Montvale was very clean. Room was huge with a sitting area,2 televisions, and comfy bed. Very nice and big bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful. Loved the decor. Lots of beautiful art.
Cons: The only problem was we were on the 2nd floor and when people walked in the room above our floor it was quite loud.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The historical aspect of the hotel. It was nit your cookie cutter chain hotel
Cons: The bed was too soft
1.0 Poor
Pros: It was a beautiful historic hotel with lovely staff.
Cons: Being old, it was incredibly loud. I did not sleep very well with noisy neighbors and poor sound proofing. I found the parking and area of town unsafe. I really don't like leaving poor reviews, but, it was a most unpleasant experience.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay here, our room was very large. I loved the high ceilings, the decor was very nice and the room was clean. The location was great we were able to walk to the Spokane arena for our concert. Would recommend and would stay again!

Pros: Love the ambiance. Old building but well taken care of.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Quaint, colorful, lovely art, great location.(
Cons: Very difficult to sleep in an extremely soft bed that hammocked in the middle with 2 of us together. I wish there had been a way to make tea in our room so we could relax in bed with tea/ coffee in the morning. Also when we booked it said breakfast was included when in actuality we received a coupon for a place down the street.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The open space on the second and third floor is beautiful with the large skylight above.
Cons: Sound insulation between the rooms wasn't so good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds, comfortable bed, friendly staff, easy drive from the airport, and unique opportunity to sleep in such a lovely place.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was charming! The bed was very nice. Overall clean and nice. Excellent staff assistance and introduction.
Cons: Windows had no screens and so they were left open to provide some needed air/breeze into our room. However, this also allowed hornets to get in which we needed to remove as you can imagine. This forced us to keep the windows closed thereby causing our room to be somewhat stuffy and warmer than we liked.

Pros: Rooms were very nice and clean. We had a wonderful view of the river and there was a concert with fireworks that we could view from our balcony. Staff were very friendly and courteous.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was fabulous!! And the rooms were super clean!!
Cons: The staff for the evening reception was not great. We were pretty much ignored by the bartender as we stood waiting to order some drinks at the evening reception (a simple “hi, I’ll be right with you”, would have been nice), then our order for food was forgotten. An entire family came in, ordered, ate and left before my husband went and asked about our food. And there was only them and us in the restaurant!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Oxford Suite staff exceeded our expectations with their warm smiles and they're courteous check in. The hotel although modest with it painting and decorative on the outside, is exquisite on the inside. The rooms are supremely clean, the sheets on the bed are Beyond comfortable, and the sweet that we were upgraded to has a beautiful view of Spokane River. I'm just right off the Spokane River and just a short beautiful walk through the park and you will reach downtown. It's Lively community, and bustling streets of bars and Mom and Pop shops was a breath of fresh air from busy Las Vegas. I couldn't stop talking about my vacation there to all of my desert friends and made sure to let them know it was my little happy place. Can't wait to go back!!
7.5 Good
Pros: Easy access to the building and parking was straightforward. A very convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful and I always felt safe and secure in the building and on it's property
Cons: I'd booked a month in advance and specifically asked for a room on a higher floor, but was given one just above the pool and felt this had less to do with booking issues than a room being clean. Mediocre breakfast. A child was running, running, running around in the room above ours and this came loud and clear through the ceiling!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kids loved the pool.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good Breakfast selection. Lovely decorated & clean room. King size bed which is always great. Close to downtown. Nice touch welcome drinks for grown ups and kids.

Cons: Not many places to eat without driving

Everyone was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and to wish the players luck daily. On top of that, they had free Gatorade for players and fans all weekend!

Pros: Nice breakfast. The hotel offers 24-hour free tea and coffee. And they also offer free cokkie. The staffs are all very nice.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The TV was slow and the user-interface was clunky. It appeared that the "HBO channel" was not actually HBO.
