The customer service personnel were EXCELLENT!!! They would be the reason I would return to Alamo rental cars on my next trip to my parent’s home!! They made the experience so smooth and efficient both getting the car and returning it, that I think I there is no other company that could accommodate me needs better!!!Reviewed 3 Dec. 2021

I had already reserved my car and provided payment information. I didn't care for standing in a line with only one agent working to service all the passengers from an Allegiant flight. It was a 20 minute wait! I was thrilled to get a Rav 4 since I requested an intermediate SUV and drive a Toyota at home. It made my husband with Parkinson's Disease very comfortable with the surroundings as well.Reviewed 16 Oct. 2021

Pros:Easy booking and pickup for the car. Clean and reliable cars to rent!Cons:The rate was fair but additional charges like gas was not expected as I was not mentioned about tank fill up. Over charged me for fuel. And drop off location needs to be more.Reviewed 16 Feb. 2021

Pros:Staff was fine at pickup and drop off (especially at drop off)Cons:The only slight annoyance was the number of times the counter rep suggested I purchase their insurance. I understand it’s their job to present this (profitable) option, but two offers is enough, I didn’t need the extra attempts. Pros:Although not a new car, it had no issues, and was the right size for me. The staff was very nice, no upgrade pressure.Cons:Was a bit worried about the check engine light, but when I mentioned it to him before I left, he noted that it was getting near a service milestone.
