Pros:I was 12 minutes late due to uber driver making a wrong turn. Rental Agent refused to rent me the car.Cons:They could have cared and provided minimal customer service. Also not accept reservations for thier exact closing time.Reviewed 14 Jun. 2021

Pros:Pick up was very quick! Less than 15 minutes.Cons:Honestly, nothing. We had rental for extended weekend, also during the snow storm and the van (Pacifica) was amazing! Thinking of purchasing one lol.Reviewed 3 Feb. 2021

Pros:NOTHINGCons:Not charging the gasoline because they let me the car almost empty, more payment options, customer service needs to improve, car was smelling of cigarettes and I was traveling with a baby, car said needed maintenance and to change oil, price is not that good once they charge you all things they do not offerReviewed 8 Jan. 2021
