Booked car Sept. 2021. Went to pick it up July 2022, they said they couldn't process it. No car for me. Very poor service.Reviewed 26 Jul. 2022

The vehicle was returned with a full tank and the company lied and added a $108 surcharge to my bill. That’s an extreme malpractice by that company.Reviewed 20 Jun. 2022

Alamo's customer service was great! The Toyota Corolla car was very uncomfortable. Difficult to get in and out of because the seats are too low. 1Reviewed 30 Apr. 2022

Pros:The staff was nice while picking up the car. I didn't have to wait in a long line either.Cons:Overall, the cost with all the fees added was a bit high. I would probably reconsider doing a rental car versus just using Uber in the future.Reviewed 13 Jun. 2021

Pros:My flight got delayed by a full day and Kayak was no help. But I was able to call the Alamo desk directly and they fixed everything! The car I rented was perfect for my needs and the price was right!Reviewed 5 Jul. 2020

Pros:The staff was very friendly, fast and helpfulCons:People had parked their cars along the side of the parking lot making it tricky to maneuver around them. Not your fault but maybe some no parking signs along the sides of your lotReviewed 11 Dec. 2019

Pros:Staff was fine. Dropoff site poorly defined, couldn't find it, which lead to disastrous problems. All of the other car rental agencies have clearly marked paths to their return sites at PDX. ALAMO's sign is low and poorly lit and when your attention is directed to the overhead signs reading "rental car returns", it's very easy to miss.Reviewed 3 Dec. 2019
