Pros:Staff was fine. Dropoff site poorly defined, couldn't find it, which lead to disastrous problems. All of the other car rental agencies have clearly marked paths to their return sites at PDX. ALAMO's sign is low and poorly lit and when your attention is directed to the overhead signs reading "rental car returns", it's very easy to miss.Reviewed 3 Dec. 2019

Eugene office needs some customer service trainingPros:The car was fairly new, easy to access, the drop off facility at the Portland Airport was awesomeCons:The counter rep at the Eugene office wa rude, incorrect on several issues and made hiring the car difficult.
