Pros:Staff was fine. Dropoff site poorly defined, couldn't find it, which lead to disastrous problems. All of the other car rental agencies have clearly marked paths to their return sites at PDX. ALAMO's sign is low and poorly lit and when your attention is directed to the overhead signs reading "rental car returns", it's very easy to miss.Reviewed 3 Dec 2019
