It was honestly one of the easiest car rental experiences in my life of travel. Flying into Hot Springs I knew it was a small airport. But, it was really easy to get to and from terminal from rental counters. My only critique, and this critique applies to a lot of airports, there needs to be better signage indicators. I took a wrong turn on my way off the flight to the rental car counters. That’s not on Alamo. But, perhaps they have some influence with that.Reviewed 6 May 2024
