Cons:I was very disappointed because when I picked the car I specifically asked for the insurance, as I always do when renting a car. They told me it was added but I don’t pay attention when initializing and signing the contract. Unfortuanately I had a minor accident when parking the car when I returned the car. Cons:Hertz is my go to rental cars , but my last two rentals has been horrible to say the least, I rented an Infiniti back in Nov only to find out it was infested with bedbugs , I was to busy at that time to call and report the matter but should have right then and there this last rental was just DIRTYReviewed 1 Apr. 2019
