The lady at the counter was extremely efficient. She upgraded me, which really helped because I had to pack in all my sons’ skis and snowboards. Over the week, I unfortunately developed double pneumonia. I had to extend my stay. She managed to do so for only $100 to get the weekly rate. I’m going to Alamo for my first choice. Pros:Price and fast serviceCons:First car was cleaned but had the maintenance light on and a low pressure tired. The second car was not not too cleaned. Also, I wanted to add an extra day but they would charge me more than twice instead of honoring the same price.Reviewed 17 Aug. 2020

Pros:Dane County Airport Agent was on point with her details everything was ready for me. Durning this pandemic, vehicle was wiped down prior and could smell the cleanest when I opened the car door.
