Pros:Staff was great and easy was at both pickup and drop offCons:Would have liked to have been able to extend my use I would have liked to but the contract at the national number indicated it wouldn’t be possible at the current rate. Pros:Car was ok. Acted like they gave me an upgrade. Was the only car they had.Cons:I was charged for additional insurance. They made it seem like it was the insurance I already paid for.
