Horendous wait timeCons:One agent working at the counter. It took an hour and a half to get my rental..!! The flight from Baltimore to Manchester was shorter than the time it took for me to obtain my vehicle. Signage was awful to auto rental as well. The agent in the garage seemed perturbed with everyone first walking out there and then back to an area in the garage. Budget does not equal friendly nor easy...Never againReviewed 23 Jun. 2016
