Pros:The staff was friendly, the car was clean and roomy. Pick up and drop off was easy.Cons:We were only able to drive the car for the airport, one day while we had it and back to the airport. The key fob wouldn’t work. And it took us a couple of days to find someone who carried the battery. So we had to pay for that also.Reviewed 2 Aug. 2020

Pros:The two young men at Enterprise and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport were extremely polite, knowledgeable about the type of vehicle we needed, and very helpful and solicitous re any questions or concerns we had. Especially important considering that we were going to be driving on snowy and possibly icy roads. The Kia Sorento with full time AWD and available 4WD was perfect. Pros:The rental was exactly what I had reserved and was a nice vehicle with good features. Check in was relatively quick.Cons:Check in could still be quicker. I was not able to get a receipt at turn in since it was a one way rental, which is a bit arcane since it’s all the same company. Overall though good experience.Reviewed 10 Sep. 2019

Pros:Enterprise is always helpful and good/great customer service. I thought price to be high for the car. It is underpowered but spacious (Dodge Caravan). Got good gas mileage (28 mpg on high end). Mediocre connectivity with phone. No bluetooth etc. Easier and more nimble than moving truck.Reviewed 5 Aug. 2019
