Pros:Nothing.Cons:You had no cars! I waited two days before taking a taxi to playa where I got a car immediately. It was literally faster to take a taxi to playa, rent a car, and drive back. Terrible experience.Reviewed 3 May 2021

Pros:Staff were fast with paper work.Cons:Could have checked battery, which turned out to be dead. Called them to jump start jeep and left us with jumper cables instead of new car and refund.Reviewed 2 May 2021

Cons:I arrived at Alamo to pick up a car I had reserved for 9am. I was told that there was no car available until several hours later and that would depend on if someone returned their rental on time. When I stated that I had a reservation for 9am, the staff member replied, "just because you have a reservation doesn't mean that there will be a car." I'm pretty sure that's actually exactly what it should mean. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Alamo in Tulum.Reviewed 15 Dec 2020
