Pros: This car rental location was very fast, professional and courteous. I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

Pros: The car was brand new, fun to drive, and the pick up and drop off were super easy.
Cons: They didn't have a standard sedan available like I had reserved. Instead I was given the option of renting a pick-up truck or upgrading to a bigger/pricier car class. I spent a fortune on gas with that pick-up truck as I drove it cross-country...
