The staff were very friendly and the drop off was was also goodCons:
The car was rubbish - I plugged my phone into the USB to use google maps and it continually crashed and kept reverting back to the existing nav system in the car. Then the USB went dead completely. The drivers window did not close properly and at speed made a noise. When closed it would open again and the same process repeat. I had requested a Golf but got instead a Ford focus...not ideal for German roads...I won't accept this again - I should have been more stern...3 locations in Amsterdam

When we booked the car, there was no indication that the office would close early (12pm) on our return day or that after hours return requires paying 6€ per hour for parking. On Google maps the hours stated open until 6pm. More transparency would have been appreciated.10.0 Wonderful
