Cons: I was not able to extend the contract for another 2 weeks online and had to go to the office.

Overcharged for insurance
Cons: Pick up took 2 hours. Was given a very small Renault twingo. Was told car didn't have any insurance. Had to go to another branch to exchange car to kia picanto. Dropped off car and realised we did purchase insurance when we rented the car online. Want back to get refund and was told we had to go through the soft customer service desk to sort out. They couldn't help us as they aren't responsible at their branch...

Not what I payed for
Pros: The car was clean inside but not outside, the attention was "ok", and they kind of solved my problem by paying
Cons: I booked an Audi Q2 because I was travelling with my pregnant wife and we needed lot of space for our luggage. The Audi wasn't there and instead they had a Opel Mokka, which trunk is much smaller. They didn't have any other options but paying for an upgrade, so I had to pay in order to solve the problem. When tried to call the number they gave me, the call was picked up by the same people in the desk in front of me. Would not recommend sixt at all, very bad customer attention

Good car, but slow service.
Pros: Car was very clean inside and out, and ran well.
Cons: Very long wait at rental counter and later in garage to actually get keys and go (~1 hour from arrival at counter before I could drive away). Underage driver fee applied and cost more per day than the daily rental rate.
