It was excellent particularly during check in with the kind lady there helping us with carts for our baggage and showing the way to terminal etc. she really went above and beyond. Thank you Ma'am! The car was good and clean and overall experience was excellent. The person during checkout was helpful as well, explaining the deductible etc. clearly and quickly finished the process with minimal hassle. Only suggestion is the city center Avis opening till 8 would have been helpful for picking up the car. As it is we had to really hurry to hit the 6pm.Reviewed 25 Jun 2024
