On collection and drop off of the vehicle I took a video of the entire car just to protect me against fraudulent damage claims made to the vehicle. After drop off I had an email stating that I had damaged the car. I checked my videos that I took on collection and the damage was there before they handed the car over to me in the beginning. I’m currently in the process of perusing this fraudulent claim made by WOODFORD CAR RENTAL in Cape Town.Reviewed 20 Aug 2024
