I left the location without coming to an agreement and without renting a car from them. Reserved a compact car but they informed me that they had already rented it. I could rent another car from their lot but it would cost me additional money. The reasoning was that I was there at 2pm instead of 12, shown on the reservation. There was no attempt to contact me or let me know there would be an additional charge or that my car was no longer available. This is a poor business practice and will not attempt to rent from Avis in the future.Reviewed 29 Aug. 2022

Pros:I asked fir a compact and instead was upgraded to a pick-up truck.Cons:I never drove a full-size pick-up truck before but the counter agent insisted that there is nothing left on the lot and there was no way to otherwise accomodate me.Reviewed 22 Sep. 2018

They gave my car away. Had to rent a u haul.Cons:Flew to Seattle and tried to pick up a reservation from 4 months ago and they didn't have it. I needed this to drive my 2 friends and I hours away to a concert. Another lady had the same problem while we were waiting. The lady working was nice but the company almost ruined my vacation. Had to rent a moving van from uhaul. It was cheaper, anyway.Reviewed 9 Aug. 2017
