This was the worst rental experience we ever had - anywhere. The car was dented, scratched up, dirty had basically no shocks. The key fob didn’t work and A/C barely worked. It was good I took photos of the damage on the car because the person who we returned it to didn’t have the pre-loan damage info. He was asking if I was sure all the damage was already on the car. I also didn’t get any receipt or paperwork when we turned it in. I think we’re due some sort of refund on this clunker, but wouldn’t expect to get very far on that request. Didn't get the car I bookedPros:The convenience of picking up the car at the airport was great.Cons:Booked a premium 7 seater SUV and received a regular 5 seater. I was told that they don't offer any premium SUVs and was asked to pay more for a 7 seat minivan.Reviewed 13 Apr. 2017
