I made a reservation for a 1pm pickup. No one ever contacted me to tell me they close at 1pm. I was very nearly stranded in Waco.Reviewed 23 May 2022

Cons:Agent was late for pickup and then after signing the agreement they did not have the full size car I requested so they gave me a midsize. 100 miles into the trip, the maintenance light comes on. Returning the vehicle I wanted to make sure I was not charged for the full size car and so their was an attempt to move it down to a midsize which took 15 minutes as they could not override the computer as I had already driven the vehicle.Reviewed 25 Oct. 2016
