Wouldn’t let me rent because I recently got married and my credit card last name didn’t match my ID, even though my first and middle names were clearly the same. Lady at desk was super rude and unapologetic. Rented from Alamo instead.Reviewed 6 Feb. 2023

I liked the vehicle I received and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a shortage of vehicles so I appreciated the upgrade to a larger car at no extra price. The final bill was 20.00 more than I expected, but I assume maybe it was related to taxes or fees. Overall a good experience.Reviewed 19 Nov. 2022

Employees were rude and no work ethic- slow, took breaks and wouldn’t answer questions from anyone. Car reeked of smoked and they wouldn’t let us switch. We waited over an hour for the car because “they needed to clean it” yet the car was very dirty. Overall, terrible experience. I called customer service and they did nothing.Reviewed 16 Nov. 2022

Staff were not friendly, had to wait a while to even get a car and then it was impossible to find in the garage, no directions or signage to help out at all. even the employee we found down there didn’t know where our car was. We finally found it after half an hour of dragging our luggage around the parking lot.Reviewed 8 Nov. 2022

One worker waiting on person who had been rear ended while 5 waited in line after arrival...car was not there after finally getting waited on...waited for car to be brought to airport...outside booth closed for drop off...had to wait in line inside again to turn in keyReviewed 8 Nov. 2022
