The pick-up process was long, and the staff was not very customer-friendly. The vehicle seats were heavily stained, and we were told to have them cleaned and that they would reimburse us. We asked to extend the rental period by two days, and we ended up paying a higher rate than the rental agent quoted at the end. When we returned the vehicle, we requested a final invoice to be printed, and we were told one would be emailed to us. We have yet to receive the final invoice as of this date. The office staff at drop-off were not very helpful, and you get the feeling they are doing you a favor by answering your questions. Will not rent from them againReviewed 9 Sep 2026
