The lady at the counter when we took the car was not in the best of mood to say the least. We were charged €4750 as a security deposit. Not sure everybody has that much room on their credit card. She didn’t even explained why the charge was that high. As we were in a rush, I didn’t bother and thought I would take care of this later. I booked and reserved a car in Dublin Airport for 7:00 pm 15/10/2022 VolksWagen Polo , I went to the front desk and they didn't let me drive the car for my years of age. In the Kayak it didn't show the age policy and restrictions. I paid additionally the Axa additional driving insurance for €9.99 I'll send u the screenshot for the proof that I didn't know about anything and I would like to get a refund from the car and the insurance if it's possible.
