They wouldn’t rent the car to meReviewed 7 Oct 2024

Despite bringing evidence of insurance coverage from my credit card, they would not honor the rental. I called my US Mastercard and they confirmed I had insurance coverage. They would not accept it and wanted me to pay €60+ a day for coverage. I had rented from both National and Alamo in the prior week for 2 different trips and I had no issues. Avoid Europcar is my advice!Reviewed 8 Sep 2024
