1- The price I was quoted on PRICELINE WAS 853$ and when I looked at my cc statement u charged me $1200!!!!! WHY???? I had a copy of my reservation and quote with me… 2- The NAV SYSTEM did NOT WORK all the time. We had no radio either. 3- The tires were NOT FIT for rain and 4- I was very disappointed that when I brought the car back that I was NOT OFFERED A REBATE FOR THESE PROBLEMS WITH VEHICULE.Reviewed 9 Jun. 2023

I reserved a small truck, but they didnt have any available. They tried to give me something else but i needed a truck. They did bring one from another lot. Not the one i reserved but similar. Took awhile for them to get the truck, and i was exhuasted from traveling all day. Not the best experience, but not the worst eitherReviewed 4 Jun. 2023

I booked the 12 passengers van from Avis thru Expedia since 12/26/22. I have confirmed the reservation several times and have records from Expedia and on my Avis app. The rental called 4pm the night before pick up date and told us there is no van for us. The only option is Suburban. We have a large group of out of country people arrive here for wedding. We even called Avis main customer service. The staff and manager was a joke. Terrible customer service and ask me if I want to cancel my reservation. Then I tried to call Expedia. No help whatsoever. I don’t know how my reservation turned in to Kayak and Budget???? Anyway the worst experience possible in my whole life.Reviewed 21 May 2023

Was given one rate including taxes making reservations and got there to pick up car and they added another $100 in taxes. Probably be last time to use either kayak or Budget, neither one are much of a budget.Reviewed 15 May 2023
